I have several construction projects going at one time and Joey, in the Nashville office, always delivers, swaps and removes dumpsters when asked. Don't recall every having to call twice. I really appreciate his/their efficiency. Would highly recommend this company

I am very pleased. After being caught short by failure of another dumpster company, I called Joey Bossier and explained the situation of needing a dumpster ASAP. Within 2 hours, the driver called and said that he was on the way. Driver was very professional, and placed the dumpster right where I asked for it to be placed. Dumpster was clean and in good repair. For sure, I will use them again.

Excellent service and an excellent price for a 10 yard dumpster kept for two weeks. When I called there is an unusual tone when it rings in - something I am unfamiliar with so just in case you call don't hang up as it is 'ringing'. I spoke with Joey and he was courteous and helpful in explaining the service. He helped me to decide the size I needed for the renovation we were doing - a master bathroom demo and we had mostly carpet (thus the need for the renovation) then some tile and drywall removal. I placed the order for the dumpster that day and it was less than two days in advance of the delivery. Luckily they had the availability of the dumpster in the size we needed. He took my information and even asked for specifics on where I wanted it setup. The day before delivery I was called again to confirm delivery and he wanted to be sure nothing would be in the way of them setting up the bin. Then the day of he called me an hour or so in advance of setup to let me know they were coming. They came and set it up right on target. You do not need to be present when they arrive but we were just as happenstance. If you have younger kids who like watching large trucks this might be something they would enjoy seeing delivered (from a safe distance of course)! We highly recommend their service and we will be using Bin There Dump That again when we redo our deck! :) Thank you Joey and company!

They were very responsive to my initial contact (called back same day) and delivered the dumpster on the date and time we agreed on. They were able to pick it up the same day I spoke with them about picking it up. Very friendly folks who were great to work with.

This company is awesome. We have been cleaning out my in-laws home. We've used several bins and have been very pleased with the service. You are able to clean at your leisure and then call for pick up. Worth every penny!

I ordered a dumpster from Bin There Dump That on October 17 and kept it until October 26. The dumpster was clean and in good condition and was placed at the end of my narrow driveway. I mention this fact because this company is prepared to handle residential placement of the dumpster in small areas as well as providing a dumpster that is large enough to handle a large load . I recommend them highly and will be my first choice for cleanup as well as renovation work.

Joey at Bin There Dump That, was so wonderful to work with. We needed a dumpster for a residential renovation project. Typically a dumpster is rented out for a two week period. but I need it longer, most companies would even let me keep it longer if I agreed to pay for 2 rental periods. Not only did Joey agree to us keeping it for a month, he also adjusted the rate to make to more affordable. I have used Joey now more then once, and would highly recommend his team.

We did use them. It was good, very positive. They had good service.

They delivered the dumpster on time as promised. The driver was very courteous and professional. He was very careful when dropping the dumpster. When it was time to pick-up the dumpster he was on time and just as careful.

I scheduled the dumpster to be delivered the following day from my initial call to BTDT. Meanwhile the contractor working on my home's construction job site called me to let me know he had a friend that could pick up the garbage for a nominal fee. When I called BTDT to cancel, I got Joeys voicemail, so I followed up with an email to cancel. He promptly returned my phone call and was very professional. Although I ultamitely didn't use the service, I would not hesitate to use them if the need arises for a dumpster.

I rented the smallest dumpster, the 2 foot high one, for the first week and then the 4 foot high one the second week. I had an lot of unwanted household items to throw away before moving. The dumpsters are a lime green and not at all unsightly sitting in your driveway. It was the easiest way to clear out a lot of unwanted stuff from small items like old perfume bottles and tacky knick knacks to large items like plastic chairs and tables and rugs and broken lawn furniture. The dumpsters can be placed close to the area you are cleaning out and reduce the distance you have to carry heavier items.You can work at your own speed, and independently manage sorting and throwing away all of the things that clutter your world. This company also provides large dumpsters for big projects like construction debris. But whatever size the job, the owners are very easy and pleasant to do business with. They are obviously committed to taking good care of their customers.

They were very punctual. They got me the dumpster when I needed it. They were really timely about when they drop him off and pick him up.

Joey was prompt and courteous. The units were nice and clean and were pleasant looking in the driveway. The instructions were complete and the billing process very easy. Joey sent a confirmation e-mail with price and dates. And then sent a payment receipt promptly. We would highly recommend this service.

I contacted Bin There Dump That based on their advertising of " residential friendly" dumpsters. I have a very narrow driveway and wanted the dumpster placed at the back of the house, where we had torn down a deck. Mr. Boosier (owner) was my contact with the company. All my calls were promptly answered or returned. They were not able to deliver a dumpster the day I called, which was no problem, as I had not expected them to. They were, however, able to get me one sooner than they anticipated one being available. The dumpster was delivered on time and they were able to navigate my narrow driveway and place it where I wanted it. They were careful to place boards under the dumpster, so it would not damage my driveway, which I've had happen before with other dumpster providers. There was a tiny amount of construction debris (some insulation bits) left in the dumpster by the previous user, which they removed without me asking for them to do so. They even opened and secured the loading doors for me. I called them when I was done loading the dumpster and they were able to come the morning of the next business day to remove it. I wasn't at home when they came, but the area where the dumpster had been was clean and undamaged, so its removal must have been as easy as its arrival.
