We rented a small dumpster for our bathroom renovation. The process was easy and very affordable

Drop off was quick and easy. Driver called ahead of time to make sure everything was good to go. Pick up was just as quick and easy. I called their office to let them know it was ready the afternoon before and they picked it up first thing the next morning. Confirmation emails were sent for every step of the process. Price to dumpster size was the best I could find and the size of the dumpster was perfect for the area we needed it to sit in.

The delivery was on time, right in the spot where we needed it, and the driver/delivery person provided excellent customer service. Likewise, they were on time for the pick up of the dumpster. There was no damage to my property and one can hardly tell there was a dumpster in my yard for a week.

Had a very good experience with this company. Dumpster was used at my home to clean up construction site. It was delivered on time and placed with good accuracy and without any mishaps. Dumpster was clean, painted and looked well on property. There was a little misunderstanding with the pick-up; however, the company promptly resolved the issue with curtesy and professionalism. They delivered on time and were friendly and professional. I filled up the bin much faster than expected. I left a message on Sunday and received an email back quickly. On Monday morning, they agreed to pick up the bin and swap it for a new one. This quick response was extremely helpful and made the cleanup process much easier for me. The cost below is per bin of the particular size.

Origial contract was for 1 month $500. We needed their dumpster for approx 6 more weeks and the charge was approximately $ 250 .00 They understood that we had to use 3 different contactors to get the job done and finish working on our home and let us go at our own speed, not theirs. From beginning to end the whole experience was very pleasant and the cost was very fair.

A 20 cu yd dumpster was delivered before 7am the morning of scheduled delivery, and I loved that they were able to get through a tight spot to place it where I wanted. They even laid their own boards down underneath the dumpster to protect my driveway, and it was nice not having to be available at the time of pickup. Overall, the entire process from ordering to pickup was easy. I would definitely order again if needing another dumpster.

The lady that schedules everything is super nice and knows what she is doing. We are on our 3rd 20' dumpster. I have been ordering the dumpsters for a month long each even if it is shorter. I never know how long it will take to fill up, so that is how we are doing it.

This company did a great job getting the dumpster on the date needed and then picking it up as planned. The driver was very friendly and courteous and the lady I talked with making the arrangements was really nice. Great Job! We would use them again anytime and recommend them. 1. The name of the company is cute and catchy. 2. The dumpster was newish, clean, painted an attractive color, and not an eyesore. 3. The dumpster was delivered as scheduled, and picked up early (at my request). 4. The price was almost $200.00 lower than the closest competitor I contacted (I called 7 others). 5. Lana (?sp), answered all my questions and assisted me in getting the proper size dumpster for my needs. Many questions I asked were answered on the internet site and e-mail they sent me. Instead of complaining and pointing out to me, "Hey lady, read the info, then ask any questions you might have," Lana was always polite and courteous in her response. 6. The man that delivered the dumpster (I forgot his name, since I did not call him five hundred times), placed the dumpster exactly where I asked and did not do any damage while unloading and loading the dumpster. He also kindly answered my many questions. So, I'll summarize--Great company, Great staff, Great product, Great name, Great price. I'll do business with them again and will encourage others to do so.

Greg, the driver, was very personable and professional. He showed how to operate the end doors of dumpster and how to latch them open for safety during loading. He called ahead before delivery. Another representative called before pickup and was flexible as to the exact time I'd like the pickup to occur. I put N/A next to price rating because although I was satisfied with the price (including an Angie's List discount), I only called two or three other companies before calling Bin There Dump That. Price was 260.00 including tax for a 10 yard dumpster for 14 days. I never found out the charge for exceeding the weight limit. Company stated 4 tons as the weight limit. Would definitely use Bin There Dump That again.

I actually used them twice within a couple of weeks while cleaning out my mom's house and garage. Unlike many of the companies I called to get an estimate, I immediately got a person and no voice mail. The woman I spoke with was very helpful in helping me determine the size I needed and she even reminded me that I would get an Angie's List discount. They were there when they said they would be (the driver even called because I wasn't there when they delivered...just to ensure he was placing it in the right location). I had a couple of other questions at later times and I spoke directly with Joey, the owner. He was equally helpful and extremely responsive in getting my questions answered and taken care of. I live in Atlanta, but because they were so great to work with, I will probably use the same company here in Atlanta.

It went wonderful. They would bring a dumpster and we would fill it. They would then come and remove it and replace it with another dumpster for us to use.
