Description of Work: They gave an estimate for installing can lights in our kitchen, but the work has not been completed.

Description of Work: Emailed them to request a free estimate but never got a response. Using someone else that gave the first estimate.

Description of Work: We were having issues with our dual source heat pump. Fixed issue and also showed us how to work around the problem if it happened again.

Description of Work: I thought the wiring on an overhead light/fan in our guest room was faulty as it wouldn't turn on. It was just a guest room so it wasn't urgent and I didn't ask for emergency service. So service was scheduled a few days later. Service providers were prompt and courteous. They found the problem and gave me options for fixing it and fixed a couple of other small things while here. Because I opted for changing a part out, they had to go get the part and it took a little longer, thus 2 hours of service instead of one--that was my call and I was happy with the result. I would highly recommend Helton; they were prompt, efficient, unobtrusive and cost-effective.

Description of Work: Ran a line behind the wall so it wouldn't be seen for the color TV we were going to hang on the wall.

Description of Work: Removed old "knob and tube" porcelain fixture wiring in attic. Kept me informed, did fine work, came in well under estimate. Great work, great people to deal with.

Description of Work: moved wall oven electrical connection, moved refrigerator connection, fixed another electrician's mistake, added several electrical outlets around the kitchen, eliminated some outlets that would have been covered by new cabinetry, added electric for garbage disposal, added electric for range hood in new location.

Description of Work: I had to leave a message on their answering machine and it took one full week to get a response, Needless to say, even though they had sustained a high rating I could not wait a week. I would nave appreciated a call within a day or two not a week later. AS to the work they do I cannot speak honestly in regards to it.

Description of Work: I had a double light switch that stopped functioning. I called Helton Electrical and at first, they said it may be two weeks due to their current workload. Due to the recommendations on Angie's List, I decided to wait. Later in the day, Terry with Helton Electrical called and stated that there had an opening and could they provide the service today. Chris and Nick was over in about 20 minutes and were very professional, but personable. It took about 30 minutes for them to diagnosis and correct the problem. I was very pleased and satisfied with their level of service. Helton Electrical will be my choice for electrical service in the future.

Description of Work: Helton Electrical Co fixed the exterior wire to our irrigation system, reinspected the attic, and did couple of other things.

Description of Work: We needed to have the electric service running into the house updated and repaired. It was an all day job. They kept in contact with us regarding the work progress. Everyone was professional and courteous. They arrived exactly on time and completed the job by the projected time. The quote was correct with high quality results. Thank you so much Helton Electric!

Description of Work: Installing wiring for two new attic exhaust fans - They ran wiring from an outlet already in the attic to the fans. They also had to disable one light switch and install another to allow the fans to be continuously connected.
