Dale’s had dome some repairs for us in the past. We were happy with that work, the price and the presentation of the person who did it so we asked them to estimate our new system. We never did receive a call back from them.

The situation was more complex that described to diagnose, and required 2 service calls, and the outcome was very good.

Went great! Cameron repaired rather than replace the electrical parts which saved us a lot of money. Other Dale technician's came to replace the rusted heat exchange pipes and then the AC didn't work. Fortunately, we did not need the AC and Cameron came that night and traced the wires and found a short and it has worked great ever since. He worked late to do this. We have gas heat so we could have gotten carbon monoxide poisoning because of the rusted heat exchange pipes that we did not know about. We have a service contract now and will always call Dale's for service.

When the service technician arrived he went straight to work on the unit andstarted testing it. He immediately found out the problem and told me the price to clean theunit.

They come and service it every spring. They're very professional. When they tell me, they will be here they're here. When they come to check out the system, they put on little booties, so they don't get the floor dirty. They're extremely good. They're a little higher in price than others around, but with the good service that we've gotten from them, we've gotten what we've paid for.

We had an excellent experience with Dale's Heating and Air. I cannot remember all the details of what was accomplished (that is my husband's department and he is not available to fill in all that at the moment). I do remember that they were timely and we appreciated the thorough work of the tech. He found more than what we were aware of, accomplished what he could that day, and returned a day or two later to complete the work with additional parts needed. The employee on the phone and the tech who came out both days to our home were knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service with Dale's, which these days I (sadly) have very little to no expectation of, and am always happy when I have such a positive experience. They may not be the least expensive in town, but when the work being done is in your home and impacts your investments and family, I want to feel comfortable and confident that I am having the work done by a knowledgeable, professional company.

They charged me $146 for the service. They were excellent. They were on time and they told me upfront about the cost of the service. They stuck to the amount. They were the best that I have ever had doing work for me. They were very good. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Called for repair/estimate. Representative arrived within 2hrs,completely professional and thorough. Damage well explained, options clearly given. Would have used for replacement unit, but cost was 25% higher then lowest bid. Customer service called to get assessment of services. Excellent company.

We got the same tech that came before in the summer. He remembered us, and the little details of our unit(s) and house, which made us feel safer and better cared for.

They are very responsive. It is easy to get them to come out, and they are very competent in what they do. They are professional, and the one thing that they pride themselves in is their customer service.

Everything is satisfactory. I've been very satisfied with them, they do good work. When we replace our 16 year old unit we will probably do it through them. That will probably be within the next 2 years.

Dale himself came out promptly and gave us an estimate and his crew did professional, good work. They were prompt, answered all our questions, and took care of what we wanted. Also, rare in the business these days, everyone could communicate in English.
