The technician showed up on time and was professional. They were very thorough. There was a problem that arose with the installation, and they came right back and made sure everything was corrected. I thought the price was very fair. I had them install heating and air in another apartment building about a year ago. They did a very good job and I am happy with the work. They were going to install another run into system for a room that wasn't air conditioned and they couldn't. Rather than charge me for it, they advised me that it couldn't be done. They even threw in a remote control for the heating and air system at no extra charge.

I purchased two service specials from the Angie's List site for diagnosing my home's two heat and air units. One of the units was not cooling. The technician arrived on time and worked quickly to diagnose the units. I told the technician that the units are about 17 years old. He indicated that both units needed to be cleaned. I told him that I just had one of the units cleaned 4 months ago and the other unit cleaned last year. He indicated that it appeared to be a surface cleaning and not a detailed cleaning. I agreed to the detailed cleaning on the unit not cleaned this year since I am looking at replacing both units within a year. I am glad I selected the detailed cleaning. There was a striking difference between the two cleanings that even I could see. And I could tell that there was increased air flow from the unit. The technician added freon to one unit. The other unit did not need freon. It has been about seven weeks since the service and both units are still cooling.

The service and professionalism was all A. There were extra charges for this work, but he told us in advance what he wanted to do and how much it would cost. I was okay with that.

Dale's Heating & Air was great. The report was really detailed. What I'm probably going to be doing for the next couple of months is schedule a full service. I am going to call them back.

Everything was fine. We purchased a big deal and we had to pay more. They were very good, they recommended getting a whole new AC unit, they seemed fine, they were very nice and very helpful. We didn't have any problems with them.

Went well - the technician explained to me what he was doing and what it would do for the unit. Gave me all my options.

My a/c was leaking Sunday night. I called Dale's Heating & Air at 7:40 this morning. I was told they would call me an hour before they came out which would give me time to get home and not be away from work any more than necessary. Joey "blew out" the drainage line which was stopped up and caused the water leakage. He also topped off the freon. He suggested putting in a pump which would prevent the leakage because the water is not draining where it should. Also, it probably will never drain right because the basement is lower than the outside drain. If the original home builder had installed it right to begin with I wouldn't be having this problem now. But such is life!! It's fixed, I wasn't overcharged and feel great about the service I received. This is very, very important for a single woman because many repair companies take advantage of my ignorance about home repairs. Thanks Joey!!

It went wonderfully. We were told the technician would be at the house between 1 and 4 pm and at 3 pm received a phone call to let us know he would be running late (never had any service tell us they would be running late before they just decide to show up whenever they want) at 5:30 he arrived at the house and started working. When he was doing the check up and found that there were some capacitors out on the smaller of the two HVAC units and even showed us the old rusty ones that he removed and the new ones he installed to make sure we knew he wasn't pulling one over on us. All in all a great experience great customer service from the appointment handler to the technician.

Wonderful! The serviceman was very courteous. Because we had an old unit he checked it over and called me to say that he noticed that the heater core seemed to be fairly new. Most of them this age would need to be replaced. I was very pleased that he didn't try to sell me a new one. Sometimes people try to take advantage of women and he didn't do that at all. I really enjoyed there integrity and the tenant at this rental house of mine was also very appreciative and complimentary of the serviceman and the service rendered. Will definitely call them again.

The original service call was amazing. My a/c had been out for over a week and they responded to an urgent request for help. Their men were here within hours of my call and I had a working a/c in a few hours, albeit a temporary fix. The office called the next day with information on how much a complete repair would be. Our unit was still under warranty so the cost of the replacement part was covered. We did pay the labor and the cost of the new copper tubing and replacement of the tubing. Maureen in the office was so efficient and kept us informed all the time. She called to let us know the repair men were on their way and then at just before their expected arrival time she telephoned to let us know they were going to be 10 minutes late. The repair men were professional, informed, and courteous. They made the necessary repairs and cleaned up after themselves. Our unit has never worked this well since we had it installed new about 3 years ago. Their prices are not the lowest around, however the work they do is guaranteed for one year. That itself says a lot to me. They stand behind their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great, After checking freon levels and the temp of air output the technician reviewed findings in easy to understand terms.

Called and service tech was out the same day. The office even called to let me know the tech was on the way. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the compressor was shorted very quickly. Was told by the tech that I would receive a est. on replacing the compressor. I also asked for a quote on replacing the whole unit. The tech told me that I would receive a call the next day with the estimate. So far, no return call. Had to call them back 4 days later to get estimates and was told to wait for another "10 minutes" for a call back. No call back ever received. The ONLY reason they were not rated as "F" from me was because of the tech.

I do not live in Chattanooga, so I oversaw the whole thing over the phone. The technician arrived, my renter let him into the condo, and the technician then called me to ask a few questions and tell me what he'd found. All told, he inspected the entire system, taped up ductwork, added refrigerant, and in the end only charged me for the refrigerant. I was very pleased with the intelligence and helpfulness of the technician. I was also very pleased that they were able to see the condo on such short notice, the same day as I had called them.

Dale's Heating & Air Inc did excellent. They did what they said they would. They cleaned up their mess and had excellent follow through. I think they did great all the way through. They came out for a service call and they compared a new unit versus repairing the old one. He was helpful. They're very nice.

The Bryant products they only carry do not perform well in cold weather. The heat pump is either too hot as it always uses auxiliary heat or too cold as it waits until it gets 3 degrees below the temp set on the digital thermostat before it kick on. The techs are on time and professional, the company just does not carry a good product.

From the minute I spoke with them over the phone, they were very understanding and helpful to my particular situation. They were negotiable on price to try and help meet my budget. They made sure to call before they came and they kept in contact with me because I had to delay the work for a week due to other issues.

The Dale's people were very nice, professional and great to work with. The service technician told me to get other quotes but there was no reason to since they would be cheapest. Dale's quote was $6,200 for a complete replacement, duct seal and minor duct repairs. I received 3 additional quotes and had the same work done for $4,000. That's quite a bit of difference.

It was all that I could expect. Cameron showed up in about a half hour found that the problem was a clogged overflow line and he cleaned it out. He cleaned up after himself and was done in abut an hour.
