Description of Work: We had an A/C and Heating unit installed in our sunroom. We were not sure what to install, but after talking with their sales representative, the decision was so easy. He showed us the exact unit that we needed, and explained every detail to us. We had talked with other companies before we went to Dale’s, and were not impressed with any of them. From the initial consultation to the installation, we could not be happier. Everyone was very professional and worked with us if we needed to make any changes. We would highly recommend them, and we plan on using them again the near future to replace our home heating and air unit.

Description of Work: The service technician was very good person found the problem right away and changed the fuse. very courteous and explained all the workings and gave some recommendations. I will use him in the future if need be

Description of Work: They checked my unit and found it was low on refrigerant. Added refrigerant and now the unit works.

Description of Work: I called Dales after my air stopped cooling, they informed me that my heat exchanger had holes and the condensor was leaking. They disconnected the heat due to a posability of carbon monoxide poisoning, cleaned the condenser, and charged the system to get me going until a permanent repair could be made. They called the next day with my repair options. At this time i am currently (and reluctantly) waiting on a contractor from my home warranty company to come out. But the work and service from Dales had been to notch, even taking the time to explain everything to my girlfriend who was home at the time. I will be calling Dales in the future.

Description of Work: We needed some repairs on our A/C system.

Description of Work: They installed a replacement HVAC unit for my home. Happened to be on one of the coldest days of the year. They worked all day on the installation and did a quality job. Their crew was very concientious. When they asked me how the current unit was performing, I gave them feedback and they improved air flow to one of the rooms that made a noticeable difference. The unit itself has performed very well and significantly lowered my electric bill. They took care of handling the manufacturers rebate. Overall, very responsive, did quality work, easy to do business with.
