Located in Ooltewah, TN, we employ highly trained people whose goal is to make our company the best service company in The Chattanooga Area. Our company specializes in designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems for owners of existing homes and buildings just like yours. We take special pride in the craftsmen we train and employ--a fact you'll notice immediately in the attitude and integrity they bring to your job site. Description of Work: The drain line on one of my a/c units was stopped up and water had backed up and was leaking water on to a couch. I called Dales at 4:30 PM on a Friday afternoon and within a half-hour their stand-by technician was at my door. As always he covered his shoes, quickly saw the problem, repaired it, checked out the unit to make sure it was running correctly and he was off to his next call. Thus far 100% of those we have worked with at Dales Heating and Air in Ooltewah, TN have been top notch professionals who do what they say they will do and at a reasonable price. Their young employees are really a tribute to this company. They mirror the quality of their older technicians which are outstanding. It is obvious that some quality hiring is taking place at Dales as well as quality training especially in customer relations.

Description of Work: They came out to check my systems and do a minor repair, the tech was outstanding and really took the time to explain and fix the issue. I checked I would use them again but as we are moving out of the area we will not if needed in the future, I would recommend them to anyone who needs service
