Located in Ooltewah, TN, we employ highly trained people whose goal is to make our company the best service company in The Chattanooga Area. Our company specializes in designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems for owners of existing homes and buildings just like yours. We take special pride in the craftsmen we train and employ--a fact you'll notice immediately in the attitude and integrity they bring to your job site. We would also like to thank you for bringing this to our attention! After further review, it was discovered there is an issue with the programming in our system that automatically alerts us to who is due for their maintenance visits each month. Unfortunately the system had you set to be contacted in March for your next visit instead of January. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause. Our technical support team is looking into the issue and will hopefully have this resolved soon. Description of Work: We have used Dale for more than 10 years. We have a maintenance contract with them and they perform two inspections annually and make sure our unit is working correctly. Also, they have made emergency visit when the unit has broken. Price, professionalism and punctuality are always excellent.

Description of Work: Replaced 5 ton outdoor Heating/AC unit and re-did the connection to the house ductwork. Installed new thermostat. Removed old unit. It is going great. Documented savings of half the electricity used this summer over last with the more efficient 2 stage blower, and we probably kept our house cooler.

Description of Work: Repaired our air conditioner. Despite the many calls they had on that day, they promised to come out before they day ended and did so at 10:00 pm. They put in a temporary fix for the night and returned the next day for the permanent repair. The air heating/air system has worked well since then.

Description of Work: Dale's salesperson came to our home and measured and calculated our needs. They presented us with 3 option with absolutely no pressure. They answered all of our questions. We went with the top of the line heat/air component and it has worked great. It's been in our house for about 16 months now with no issues. |We also used them to install a unit in our son's house. It had some issues with a pump freezing up but they came out and corrected it (no charge) and it has been working well.
