Description of Work: Everyone from American Air why is professional and courteous. Their turn around time was very fast and they made suggestions that ended up saving me quite a bit of money. I would trust anyone from this company to do work in my home in the future.

Description of Work: My heat & air system was still under warranty so I called him because my house was not as cool as it should be. He sat down in my living room and told me it was because of the high heat index we were having at the time. It was very hot that summer but other people's houses were cool. I called another company and their service man found the problem but couldn't fix it because it was still under the manufacturer warranty. I called American Air again and he came and did what the other man said needed to be done. This had not been since I have been a member of Angie's list. It was several years ago.

Description of Work: After considerable pressure to do a proper installation the job was completed. Their work in the end was very good, but I had to stay with them. Their follow up is non existent. What began as a really good experience ended up very disappointing.

Description of Work: Evaluated old unit, fully explained problem. Gave me all the alternatives available to replace/repair unit. |Came exactly on time, crews were most polite and efficient. |Followed up on work and responded to every contacted i had with them.

Description of Work: There are not enough great words to describe our high opinion of American Air HVAC! Honest, highly skilled, courteous, and dependable are just a few. Everyone we have dealt with at American Air have gone above and beyond in taking care of our needs. They are prompt to respond, even on a hot Saturday afternoon.

Description of Work: My old AC system had a slow leak. Others could not find it, but they did and kept the unit going for as long as possible. Never put any pressure on me to buy a new one but gave me the facts covering the alternatives I had. |After some time I called them back and was given several choices as to what units could replace mine. I chose one and they were most helpful with the financing alternatives s well. Unit was installed the following day. Installers were most polite as are all their workers and were quite efficient. They had to take a fence down to get the unit in and when they were finished you could not tell that they had been in the yard. |A week later the unit was not heating as expected, they returned within 3 hours of my call and corrected a minor connection problem. |Office was also very good and called to confirm that all work was satisfactory.

Description of Work: They've been checking my system for a few years now - Excellent job. Had a minor problem that they fixed quickly and properly.
