Description of Work: This service had a good reputation in Oak Ridge at the time he serviced toilet problems for us and I do not currently know anything contrary---the owner exists in my memory bank as knowledgeable and experienced; however, it has been too many years and I believe occurred prior to a local Angie's List, so I cannot provide details.
