He was condescending and rude. I have found another plumber.

We've used Brian on several occasions.

I bought the toilet and he came and installed them. If he can work you in, he works you in right then and there away. Sometimes it might be I can’t get to your house until tomorrow. It kinda depends on what you called him for. With the drain he worked us in. He was moving between jobs and he stopped by to fix the drain for me.

He wasn't friendly and he was very unprofessional,almost mean.

Brian Hayden has been a reliable plumber that we have used for years. He's ethical, capable, and trustworthy. I've never had a bad experience with him.

Mr. Hayden arrived, assessed the situation, and went right to work. He efficiently cleaned out my sewer line restoring function to my bathroom and kitchen. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, and he managed to keep the service to just under an hour which kept the price at what I considered to be fair and reasonable I was grateful for his competent work and would certainly call him again.

Clog was approximately 40 ft from kitchen sink. He had to snake it from the roof..

They are excellent.We have known them for a long time. The last time we used them was last week.They did a great job. He is very professional,and good. In grading they are excellent.

He was out here three times.There was one guy that came out to complete the work. He was excellent. He was very prompt and very professional. He is very courteous. He does a good job. He gave very insightful and gave recommendations on the plumbing for our new kitchen, it was very helpful. I had an island installed with a sink and he made sure that if there was a leak or blockage you would not have to tear up the floor to fix it. He was very good about working around our other contractors schedule.

They did fine. Bryan is prompt and knows what he's doing.

When a simple roto-rooting didn't fix the problem, Brian found the outside port and worked on the line from there. After he got the clog loosened, he had me flush the commodes, and run water from the bathroom and kitchen taps for a minute or so to make sure the obstruction had been removed completely, or at least mostly. Everything drained well, and while Brian was here, I asked him to have a look at one commode, which had been leaking small amounts from the bottom. I was afraid that the wax seal underneath the toilet had broken. Even though Brian had come to my home for one job, which was the emergency draining problem, he still had a look at the toilet problem, determined that the commode just needed to be tightened (which he did), and didn't complain about my asking him to look at the extra thing. He was friendly and courteous, and his charge was extremely reasonable, even surprisingly low, these days, for a plumber! I feel lucky to have Brian as my plumber, and have great confidence in his ability and honesty. Several of my friends also hire him for the same reasons, and agree with me on his great qualities.

The service was prompt and the job was done properly even including the cleanup. The price was as agreed. Highly recommended!

My overall experience with them was outstanding. The guy who came was terrific! He was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Start to finish goes extremely well everytime. Always more than staisfied with quality and price of work.

Called concerning a slow drain and he then arranged a suitable date and time to come over, he arrived promptly and proceeded to get straight to work and had the cleaned out the drain and told me what he found and offered suggestions to help avoid such a problem in the future. He was very, very good.

I have been using Hayden Plumbing off and on for many years. He is fair. He has a good personality. I trust him.

He is fabulous. He is pretty much the only plumber I use. He shows up on time. He always completes the work on time. He just really does a great job. I have used him several times.

Overall the job went fine. It just cost more than I felt was appropriate. Mr. Hayden is honest and a professional though. No complaints other than price.

As you can see I had several jobs for him to do. It took about 5 hours, but with all that work, it went faster than I expected. He had all the parts he needed on his truck. Price was reasonable for all the work.

Called for help with toilet and drain repair at my daughters' daycare. Mr. Hayden replied promptly, but could not take on the job and referred me to two other plumbers, one of which completed the work.

He was courteous, professional, pricing was reasonable, and he was able to work on my timetable. I'll call again when I need other plumbing work.

He was friendly, knowledgeable. He double checked with the city and their requirements to make sure he got everything right. He was very efficient.

The whole job went exceptionally well. The plumber's rapid response to the problem was truly meritorius.
