Description of Work: Eidemiller was contacted to repair a leaking faucet in the shower. Eric, the plumber? was unable to remove the cold water faucet handle. He suggested he might cause a leak in the connection behind the handle, if he used a saws-all to cut the handle off. He said the resulting charges to repair the leak, if he created one, would be quite substantial, but, there was no other way to fix the problem. So he requested permission to cut the handle off and possibly create a problem that would cost hundreds of dollars. I could not understand that was the only solution to the problem, seemed like I was being scammed. I told Eric, I was not comfortable with him doing the repair, paid him for the parts he had purchased and asked him to leave. The following day another plumbing company, using a tool made for removing handles, quickly removed the handle and easily completed the repair. Seems like this simple tool specifically used for removing handles would be standard equipment on any legitimate plumber's truck.

Description of Work: I used Eidemiller Plumbing because I had a leak under the sink in the kitchen and they repaired it. They replaced something.

Description of Work: Utility sink in garage backed up as it has annually. Usual plumbers just snaked line, but this year, our plumbers didn't respond to our phone call so I phoned Eidemiller Plumbing-new to us. They cleared the pipe but also went under the house and discovered pipe under kitchen sink split. We have a lake and bowed pipes. No hangers had been used to support the pipes.
