Two for two visits, prompt, professional, and really fast. James arrived (with notification) ahead of schedule, and was finished before the original appointment time arrived. We are super pleased and highly recommend them.

Eidemiller sent James for a bath faucet repair. He was prompt, professional, and got the repair done quickly, including having to find a difficult to find part. Excellent service overall.

He said he had a cancellation and would be there in 20-30 minutes. He showed up on time and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this company.

The plumber said that Delta had a brass holder behind the wall that lasts a very long time. He thought that we only needed to replace the cartridge to get the water to mix properly again instead of having to cut into the wall to install a whole new system at twice the price. He left to get the replacement cartridge for the older shower control. He brought back the cartridge, a new knob, and a new shower head. I was able to take the shower head and control system I had purchased back for a refund. The shower worked like new. He installed the new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. I had bought a Kholer soap dispenser to use instead of the one that came in the box with the Delta faucet because of the reviews on the dispenser. The plumber told me that the finish of the Kohler dispenser was a little different than that of the Delta. I might not be pleased later with the two of them sitting together and that the Delta dispenser seemed ok to him. He installed both the faucet and dispenser with a larger washer. They now fit snugly and there is no leaking. I was able to return the much more expensive Kohler dispenser.

1) I contacted them through angie's list asking for a quote. 2) Trent emailed me directly (not reply by Angie's list) saying he could send a technician out to assess. Companies of this size with free quotes must have higher overhead. I was already concerned about higher prices, but I replied to the email to see if we could schedule something. No reply for a day even though it is now Thursday morning and I had asked if we could schedule something for Friday. Maybe the lack of quick reply was reasonable -- I was willing to give him more time to reply. But see next point. 3) I called since I didn't want to wait since I need to plan out my work at my job. I found out they would charge over $600 minimum for these two simple jobs -- even if nothing went wrong. I told them I would be willing to pay $200 unless something went very wrong, that I respected the fact that they are a higher quality plumbing service that what I need and that I will try to find someone in the price range of quality that I need. I want to make it clear that I think they are probably skilled plumbers. My view is that small easy jobs should get small prices, and that more skilled jobs should get hire prices. So I may want to call them back if I need a skilled job. I was dissatisfied with the price they quoted for a simple job, and also that Trent wanted to sending a technician out for a quote which would have forced me to take vacation time only to find out about the high prices (which he could have just told me over email, that it would be in some price range). If I had made a scheduled visit, that would have made me really upset since I don't get a lot of vacation time. Due to this experience, I am giving them a C. [An F for this experience, but a C since I think if I had a problem requiring a skilled plumber they might get an A]

Work originally scheduled last Thursday for Friday. They called on Friday, said would be unable to fix leaking faucet (not a complicated repair, is it?). Rescheduled for the following Wednesday (today.) Appointment time came and went, no call. I called, they said someone would be in touch by 12:30-1:00. I called the office twice and no one answered. Finally someone called at 2:30 and said they couldn't make it, and could we reschedule? No, I will find someone else, I said. (Curiously, this has happened twice now.) The lack of professional courtesy among plumbers is astounding.

He came to the house the same day that we called. He gave alternate possibilities for the leak, such as our 2 chihuahuas, to make sure we had considered diagnoses to examine beforehand. It turned out to be a toilet that was improperly installed during a remodel. It was sitting on the new floor and the wax was sitting on the old subfloor. The wax was not engaging, causing not only leaks, but septic tank fumes when the washer or dishwasher were used. He came back a couple of days later at our request to make a tightening adjustment,since the new extension was not quite sealed. We have had no problems since and are pleased with the prompt and accurate service.

Did extensive troubleshooting to find everything that was going on. Responded to an emergency call immediately. Did the troubleshooting and resolution to all problems in one day. Informed me of everything he was doing, as the work progressed. The work required several investigations in my crawl space, which was exceptionally long and did so without complaint. He re-checked his work as it progressed to be sure that the leaks were correctly identified and resolved. He called in the evening to ask if there was any evidence of any further leakage, which there was not. The plumber was exceptionally professional throughout the process. He was clearly wanting a positive outcome for me; the customer. This experience definitely renewed my faith in the American work ethic.

I have used Eidemiller in the past, and they have always been very prompt, professional, and courteous. Clean cut, uniformed employees, in professional, well cleaned vehicles. I did not elect at this time to have the work done due to costs involved.

Very professional. He got right to work and dug out the broken pipe and replace the section that was broken. Put all the dirt back as well as the grass he was able to salvage. It cost less then I thought it would.

Replaced copper pipes under the sink with plastic ones. Took these pipes and the old heating unit without permission, I'm sure to sell for recycling.

Although, I did not get to use this provider, they kept in touch by phone until my situation was successfully resolved. Many thanks to them for their professionalism.

Excellent experience with everything except a bit pricey.

It was great, I do know he showed up on time, he was courteous; my husband was impressed with them and that's hard to do. The price must have been reasonable else my husband wouldn't go through with it. Whatever they did worked quite well.

The company employee showed up on time and performed and explained everything to our satisfaction.

He supplied me with a new dispose-all and installed it for me. He was very nice and he came when he said he would come.

The service visit went great. I received a call about a half of an hour before the technician arrived. I was unable to make that exact time so we arrainged a time about 30 minutes later after he got some food. he arrived right on time, evaluated my situation, gave me a quote for service and then made the repairs. He was professional, honest, efficient, and very through. He repaired the concrete wall around the outside water faucet as well. I was very satisfied with his work and the ability to call into to the office afterwards and pay by phone afterwards.

The appointment went great. He cleaned up after himself. Did everything he said he would do. Was very nice and professional.

I called to get a seal or gasket replaced in the kitchen faucet. It was just a leak but I had a house inspection that day and needed it fixed. I was told they would be there at 9:30. Okay , I would be a little late to work. They arrived at 10:45pm after calling and saying they would be later because hey had an emergency to take care of. It took him two minutes to see the problem and quoted a price of $180.00 to replace a gasket. I questioned that. Then he said the he would have to replace the cartridge b/c the gasket on it had worn down. He said he had to go home depot and get it. Later he called and said it was just needing the gasket replaced and not the cartridge. Still $180.00. Flat rate. To his credit he did offer the $25 off coupon. It was fixed. I went to work and looked up prices for fixing a leak in kitchen faucet. low range was $76.00 and highest was $177.00. On the receipt it said " rebuilt gooseneck and gaskets". I looked up the process online. It took 10 minutes and cost $5-7 for the replacement. Make your own conclusion.

Whenever I've used them I've always had a good experience.

I had low water pressure and needed a new pressure valve,installed. The company was quick to respond to my message and quick to fix the problem.

Originally called to have work done on 2 toilets which were malfunctioning. Had Eric look at 3rd toilet, and it was malfunctioning also. With cost of ordering parts for 3 toilets, and wait time for parts to arrive, I decided to just buy 3 new toilets. Eric picked up toilets at Home Depot later that afternoon, and installed all 3.

Overall, this experience went great! An awesome company with great prices and great service! I will use this company again.
