He is very responsive, did a great job with his work and finished up and cleaned up.

Our kitchen ceiling is what I think is called V-groove paneling. It became warped from a leak in the HVAC system upstairs. Randy Worley recommended that we try screwing the warped panels to the joists before resorting to replacing the entire ceiling (only about one fourth of the ceiling was affected by the leak). He arrived right on time, worked very thoroughly and neatly, and the tab was completely reasonable. He even replaced a faucet aerator while he was here! We cannot say enough nice things about Worley and Son. They are the type of reliable, down-to-earth, local businesses that are becoming more scarce by the minute. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I am extremely disappointed with this contractor. I was referred by a friend who used them who had a satisfying experience. After scheduling an estimate, I sent him an email listing out the types of material we would like to use, he was to get us an estimate of cost for the materials. I never received a response so I had to send a follow up. I finally heard back that I would have an estimate the following day. After almost a week passed, I followed up again. I received the estimate for labor but not materials. After emailing back about the materials estimate, I received no response. I followed up again and he replied saying sorry for the delay and he'd have the estimate to me the following day (again), and again, no response the next day. Another week passed and I had to follow up again to get a response on the materials estimate. This was an "it will cost about x amount." I wrote back asking for an official estimate in a document format broken out and asked for when he would be able to start. I didn't get either back from him, so I sent another follow up email asking for the information and nothing. So I sent a last email saying, clearly you don't want to work on this project, if you'd let me know so I could find a new contractor. He responded saying he gave me the labor estimate many emails prior. Which didn't answer my questions at all about the official estimate and start date/timeframe. Awful, horrible experience. We could have had the work done by now. This was over almost 4 weeks! I see that other people have had good experiences but this was insanely unprofessional and frustrating. I am a project manager and I am floored at this behavior from a professional.

Mr. Worley did a fantastic job, the install normally would take 2 to 4 hours but ended up taking much longer because my old back door was so old they had a lot to fix for a perfect fit. Top notch work down would highly recommend to others. Will use again next time needed.

Great service! I called Worley & Sons on November 25th. He was able to come out the next day. Our house is only 7 years old so we didn't know why one bathroom light & the family room light stopped working. I forgot the lights were out & we were expecting Thanksgiving guest. Mr. Worley was able to come out the next morning . He is very professional & polite! He tested the switches determined they had gone bad & replaced them. Problem solved! I remembered I wanted the light fixture in the kitchen changed out & he was more than happy to change it even though he was only called out about the nonworking wall switches. He removed the standard light fixture that the builders put in & replace it with a light fixture that I purchased. Very professional job. Can't even tell there was a different light there. He is fast & did a GREAT job. I will definitely call him for future projects. Sorry I can't remember the cost but it was very reasonable!

Mr. Worley and his son were prompt and professional. We had a special circumstance where we needed the work completed by a certain time, and they worked us in their schedule. We so appreciated their accommodation. We would definitely use them again on other projects too.

We had company coming for dinner and had to have the drain working.

We contact this contractor to visit our house to look at some of the random stuff we had going on. The gentleman that visited was very helpful and informative. He looked at our doors, toilets, kitchen sink, and outdoor faucets. He made a few recommendations but was not pushy in the least bit. We were able to get some of the repair fixed in a matter of days and we are very happy with the service Worley provided. We would definitely hire these guys again.

We ,luckily, decided to store our Christmas tree under our house in the crawlspace and found water when we were down there. I called them on Thursday at 6:00pm. He called me first thing Friday morning as promised, and was at the house by 9:00am (again, as promised). He was very professional and found the problem (a pipe that had come undone) quickly. He took care of the water, the smell, and fixed the pipe. He was very nice and also told me how to fix a problem I had with my washing machine. We plan on doing a renovation of our master bath in the future and I will definitely be calling them! Great job!

Randy is an amazing carpenter and a true artisan. He is efficient and friendly, and his work is just beautiful. We ran into a bit more of a problem than I'd anticipated with the slats, but he knew exactly what needed to be done and actually ended up modifying the cutouts where the slats fit into the side rails. He was also able to repair a spindle on the bed that had gotten broken in transport -- the mend is absolutely invisible and you would never know it was broken. Hire him with the utmost confidence, he really is terrific.

The quality of Allen's work was very good. He was punctual and worked hard all day and cleaned up very well. Finished this part of our contract in 4 days. He was to come back after our wallpaper and painting was finished to install a new ceiling fan and replace one in our office, also replace fireplace doors.

He did a most wonderful job considering all the problems we ran into getting everything to fit perfectly. He worked and redid until it was just right. We are so pleased at how wonderful the project looks and what a great job he did for us all in one half day.

Alan showed up right on time and was extremely professional. He got right to work and perfectly patched up our ceiling. After seeing the work Alan was doing, my husband was thankful he didn't give it a go, as it was evident that there is more of an art to it than we had thought. Their price was reasonable and in a few hours. We were completely satisfied and would recommend.

Randy is the best thing that has happened to us in this renovation. He's honest, dependable, does excellent work and truly cares about the job. We trust him implicitly with our home. I envision that he will he helping us with this house in the next few months on many new projects. Anyone needing a handyman should hire Randy Worley.

Mr. Worley was professional and personable. He knew we needed this work done quickly and was able to accomodate us. He did the work very efficiently and did not make a mess, even though he was dealing with removing an old plaster wall. We were afraid dust would be everywhere and were so pleased that he did such beautiful work. We have contracted with him to complete the tile work once the counter is installed.

Alan went above and beyond. He was friendly, courteous, worked efficiently and did every job right with excellent attention to detail. We couldn't be happier, will continue to call him with future jobs that come up.

Alan Worley, son, was recommended by his father for this job. He was very respectful and professional . He was prompt. His helpers were just as respectful. They had to move a lot of heavy furniture and large planters from the deck before beginning and took good care of everything. Alan also was so nice to offer to help my husband pick up a chair he bought at an estate sale and bring it in the house for us. He is a very pleasant young man. We most definitely will call him for future needs around the house.
