Description of Work: Rebuilt stair case to extend and make it more safe to use. The new staircase had combination of stained and painted surfaces and a new handrail. The work was excellent. As with any project in an old house - there were changes as we went along to handle unexpected things. Randy kept me involved in the decisions and delivered a fantastic staircase. | |Randy also did a couple smaller door & window trim jobs for me. His work in each job was great.

Description of Work: Install closet, installed 7 ceiling fans, and misc home repairs including carpentry and painting

Description of Work: Installed 4 replacement outdoor lights, 3 on the house, one on a post out front. Also installed a barrier on an internal return air duct rec. by an energy check company.

Description of Work: Leaking toilet with water stains on lower floor ceiling. Randy came an evening to estimate and spent time to make sure that he is not asking to spend unnecessary. He got the flush fixed with nominal charges. |He also advised very practical approach to some other minor problems when asked for estimate. I will be using him again.

Description of Work: Randy and his son are an absolute dream to work with. Super nice, honest, punctual, and effective. I never write reviews, but was so impressed with them, I felt compelled to. We will have a relationship long into the future!

Description of Work: Mr. Worley and his son replaced the sprayer next to my faucet on the kitchen sink. They brought with them a sprayer assembly that matched my faucet style exceeding well, and quickly replaced the old, leaking sprayer. They also reviewed and gave me a reasonable estimate on two other more complex issues. On the fourth issue, they assessed the problem for a really touchy fix on a leaking stem on some original (1958) piping within the wall in the bathroom. They gave me all of the information regarding this issue, but suggested that I call a larger plumbing company which might have replacement parts for old plumbing. I really appreciated their honesty, insights, and quality work. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!

Description of Work: Allen was scheduled to finish work on our previous contract . He was to come on the 5th of Sept but asked to postpone til the 7th which we said was fine. He never came nor answered our many calls or text messages as to finishing the job. We found someone to do our fans but still have not gotten the fireplace doors in . We are passed ready to finish this project. Everyone else we worked with was wonderful. This was a very disappointing event.

Description of Work: The father was busy so he sent his son out to do an estimate. Very basic and simple job, had trouble giving estimate on the premises. Never called back with a quote. 4 other estimates were given the same day on various jobs through out the house. I was excited by the reviews on this company but unfortunately will not be using

Description of Work: Called Mr. Worley to do some work at my home last week and never even received a return call. Will not attempt to contact this service again.

Description of Work: Worley and Sons were more helpful than the 2 other handyman services I contacted. Mr. Worley had a death in the family and could not get to me, but recommened a plumber in the area who was prompt and did a GREAT job ad $250 less than I was quoted by one person, and $85 less than the 2nd. I was very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: I have had Randy help me for several years. EVERY experience that I've had has been exceptional. He has unmatched integrity and I've always felt comfortable to have him in my home even when I'm not home. You simply can't do better than these guys! Dave S.

Description of Work: Bought my TN home while still in NC. Met with Randy following the closing of my house to discuss work I needed to have done prior to my move in date. He was punctual to the point he was 15 minutes early, brought one of his workers so we could meet him, and gave us an honest and fair opinion. I left TN and left my house in Randy's hands with a punchlist. Not only was the work done flawlessly in my absence, but they finished ahead of schedule. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done or the level of professionalism.

Description of Work: I can't say enough positive things about them. Dry wall, flooring, plumbing, electrical...........They did an excellent job and are very professional and I would trust them with anything. an incredible positive experience. The Best!!!!

Description of Work: Randy and his son installed a new garbage disposal for us. They also put a second garbage disposal along with electric in a second sink. Additionally, they installed surround sound speakers. Both are very nice and professional. They are very accomodating with out schedule. The first trip they made to our house came an hour after I called them. I called around 4:00 on a Friday. They were just finishing a job about 30 minutes away but came to our house to install the first garbage disposal. I called at 4 and by 6 I had a new, working garbage disposal. They came back the next day to install the second garbage disposal, electric and surround sound. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Called him on a Thursday, he gave me his cell no. and told me to call him back with my info. on Friday. I did, and never heard from him.

Description of Work: We had him install a new window in a dormer, put up crown molding in the kitchen, seal the deck and remove mold from the exterior of our home.

Description of Work: Randy Worley did a variety of things for me. He installed a grab bar in the shower. He also built a ramp onto our deck and put a laundry tub in our garage.
