Description of Work: I've been using this service for nearly 4 years. I completely trust the company. I like the company's mission statement. In truth, some crews are better than others. They do not send the same crews every time. They charge $127 to clean the downstairs only, which includes floors, bathrooms, and dusting. Sometimes the floors don't get thoroughly clean. Sometimes the bathtub doesn't look as clean as other time. In short, consistency is where I give them a 'B' instead of and "A".

Description of Work: Since I was experiencing low back issues, I asked the girls to concentrate on all the "lower stuff" - kitchen floor, hardwoods, dusting etc. I had only purchased 2 hours, and didn't know what a realistic expectation would be for that amount of time. The girls were great, and did even more than expected. This was a first-time experience for me and I would definitely call again :-) |

Description of Work: I have used Two Maids & A Mop for biweekly house cleaning for 10 months. They have very flexible plans, so I switch between deluxe and budget cleanings. This works well in a home with no kids or pets. My favorite quality of the company is the friendliness. I am not usually home when they clean, so I appreciate their security procedures. I can't say every visit is 100% perfect, but I have the opportunity to rate them each week. They change crews, so the same team doesn't clean my house every visit. I enjoy the weekly e-newsletters.

They started at the ceiling and wiped down all the walls, door frames, all windows, carpets, every surface and even wiped all nick-nacks.

+ -1 moreThey came in and gave an estimate then set up a date and time for the deep cleaning. Three workers arrived on time and had me take them on a walk through of the house and what I wanted done. They got to work immediately and asked me if there was anything unclear. They started work in the kitchen and worked down the house, including the basement and stairs.They were very efficient and friendly. When they were done, we did a followup walk through and I was very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Full house deep cleaning service, on site about 4 hours. excellent job, I would definately recommend them to anyone. They were quick but thourogh on the job and very friendly. The $300 was for the first deep cleaning and worth it. Follow up cleanings are much less money wise, but was very well done and complete.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with everything about the visit from Two Maids and a Mop. One of my pet peeves is cleaning people who charge market rates and then clean "really fast". There usually isn't attention to detail. Not so with Two Maids and a Mop! They were there an appropriate amount of time for the money I spent and were detailed in their cleaning. They have a definite plan so you know what you are getting. Very pleased! And I'll use them again.
Description of Work: I had the "premium" cleaning package. My home is two stories, has hardwood, carpet, and kids and pets!

+ -1 moreTwo very friendly young women from Two Maids & A Mop arrived promptly on time for my scheduled and before I was out the door on my way to work, they were well engaged in cleaning the house. They asked if I had any special requests and I asked them to break down a few delivery boxes and put them in the recycling bin at my back door. I received a follow-up call from the office manager who had stopped by my house to check the quality of the work. I arrived home to a clean and tidy house, all the boxes broken down and put in the recycle bin as requested and a courtesy note was left on my diningroom table about trouble they had cleaning my blinds. I will be using them again and again! Very pleased with the service performed and the courtesy of the office manager and the cleaners themselves.
Description of Work: I requested a Premier cleaning which included full regular cleaning services plus extra attention paid to dusting all surfaces and dustboards. The floors were swept and mopped, laundry done, dusting was very complete and dishes put in the dishwasher and even little extras were performed at no extra charge. Everything was tidied. Basically everything was done without my having to lift a finger.
