Description of Work: I had a critter in my crawl space and I called Trapper Jack. Ben came out looked at what it would take to clean it up and gave me a quote. He explained the process to me and told me what to expect when I put in a homeowners claim. Well when I put in the claim to State Farm they were very unreasonable and did not want to pay. Finally after months of fighting with State Farm I could have the work done. Trapper Jack did what they said and did it well. If it wasn't for Trapper Jack (Ben) guiding me through the process it would have been an unpleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: "Diagnosed" the problem- squirrels in the attic and their entry point. Set trap and came back multiple times until all squirrels were captured. Sealed the entry point and provided a 5 year warranty.

Description of Work: Squirrel removal from attic. Most interested in doing further work for $2000 for steel barrier. No followup unless I contacted. Haven't hear from them in few weeks with empty cages still on my roof.

Description of Work: Had skunks underneath the gap of my main a/c unit. Called me back very quickly and was here within an hour after calling. Ben was very helpful and took care of everything. Removed one skunk from under the unit and set traps for the others. Caught the other one soon thereafter. Covered the gaps on the a/c unit with steel mesh. Ben had a lot of good advice and was very pleasant to work with. He spoke to me and my wife and was respectful and professional at all times.

Description of Work: These folks trapped and removed the squirrels that were wrecking havoc in my attic. The put steel plates around the house to keep the squirrels from getting back in. They also blew insulation into my attic to bring the house up to RVA standards (the house should have at least 9" of insulation in the attic and it had less than 3") They were easy to work with and complete professionals. I would recommend them to anyone with an unwanted animal infestation issue...
