Trapper Jack Wildlife Specialist

Trapper Jack said they were going to remove skunk droppings from under my house. Technician came out and said he removed all the droppings . It was not until later when I had someone else doing work under the house and I was told there were alot of animal droppings under the house. I contacted the tech from TJ on March 8th and he said he would "get out asap, probably tomorrow".( I was surprised that he basically admitted he did not get all of the droppings the first time!) Did not hear anything. Texted back on April 10th but no response. Called again on April 17th and tech told me they were busy and I would have to wait and he would be out as soon as he could. I told him I had already paid and shouldn't I take priority? He got upset and hung up on me. I then called the company and asked for the owner to please call me. No response. Trapper Jack told me in the beginning how dangerous it was for my health if the droppings weren't removed and then they did not remove them all!

Super quick and professional. I felt he was reasonable and helpful. He also took a look around for possible issues but did not try to up sell me.

My phone call was returned within ten minutes and they came to my home the same day. Although the snake could not be found the likely entry site was. All potential entry sites into my house were closed.

Technician explained problem thoroughly and completed remediation as promised.

Went exactly as Jack described. He had a plan and executed it. And we have had no problems since! Also extremely responsive and professional, always communicated to us with progress reports. Will absolutely do business with him again!

At first, things moved along quickly. In all it took about 3 weeks from start to finish. Ben was the specialist who took care of our critters. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and did respond immediately when ever I texted him.

Lengthy process...trapping one at a time and waiting days in between.

A beautiful red cardinal came into my house and, after hours of trying, I was unable to free him. Trapper Jack came to my home within 30 minutes of my call (they were already nearby). They captured the bird and let him go outside. They were upfront about the cost ($150) before they even came out- very classy. Will definitely use in the future for any other services they provide.

I had what turned out to be a squirrel in wall in my bedroom. It had chewed its way into the crawl space. I called Trapper Jack and within 45 min. Drew from the company was there. He set two traps and gave me a price to fix the areas where animals could get in. Caught the squirrel that night and removed it the next day. Left traps in place in case ther were more. There were no more. Came back a week later and repaired openings to the house. This included fixing hole in foundation, repair around ac unit, screens and vents in crawl space, and repair to door leading to crawl space. Drew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was always on time, easy to reach by phone, and did exactly what he said he would do for the exact price he quoted. I feel very confident in the job he did.

Ben Mounsey was a real champ about the entire process. We knew we had a 4 skunk problem, because we often went out on the deck (at night) and saw 4 skunks. Luckily they were young and probably not able to spray yet, so we knew we needed to trap them ASAP. Ben responded immediately and dropped off the traps. He knew where to place them and exactly how to bate them. Unfortunately, raccoons and opossums also like skunk food, so it took a while (about 13 days) to catch all 4 skunks. The final tally was 2 raccoons, 3 opossums and 4 skunks. Ben never complained...he just picked up a critter and set another trap so it was ready to go. In my opinion, he went way "above and beyond the call of duty." I would recommend Ben to anyone who has an unwanted wildlife problem. In our particular situation, we identified the problem very early, so we did not experience any house or deck damage, but I am sure that Ben would do excellent work damage or repair work relating to wildlife infiltration.

The project was handled professionally and effectively. We are now devoid of intruders in the attic.

They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. They went above and beyond in some aspects. We were pleased.

Updated June 19, 2012 - The company took down the bathroom light fixture to get to the bee hive, and replaced it with a different base, old and dirty, with non-matching bulbs in it. We figured this out when we tried to replace the original glass cover and it didn't fit. I had to buy a whole new light fixture and pay someone to install it. MY OPINION - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I first contacted the company on December 14, 2011. In preparing an empty house for sale, I discovered bees in one room. The company response was quick and at first, I really liked the young man. However, the bees kept coming back. Each time he came, he assured me that they were blocked from entering my house, and each time, they came back. Finally in late April, he figured out that there was a hive in the wall between two bathrooms. I was frustrated because his inability to solve the problem had made me miss the four best months of the year for putting a home on the market. The hive was finally removed, but I had to call twice more before the drywall was patched two weeks later. Then I couldn't get him to re-paint the room. I called twice; once he didn't return my call for five days and then he ignored my second call. Eventually I had to call a Trapper Jack location in another city. They were able to get him on the phone and get the job completed.The bees are done, but a window screen was left in the bathtub. The laundry room door is off the hinges. The thumbscrews which hold the cover on the light fixture are gone and extremely difficult to replace. The shower curtain rod was left on the floor. The window sills (which are the same color as the room) were not repainted.Altogether a very frustrating, aggravating, timely and costly experience.

Associate was very knowledgeable and very kind - there were multiple birds nests built inside the paneling of our house. They removed the nests, and rescued the birds and took them to a sanctuary. They also inspected all areas of the house that needed other removal and made recommendations on how to prevent further issues. Made multiple trips to make sure the job was done properly at no additional charge. Great to work with and will continue to work with them on further issues.

straightfoward -- from telephone call to meeting to completing the work they have done the work well. While skunk removal is not cheap they did the job correctly the first time.
