To address your concern of "up selling" it is our position to provide you with the best possible service that we can provide for your cleaning investment. It is difficult for our Customer Service Agents to know when additional services, such as fiber protectants would be a benefit to you as they can not properly asses the condition of your floor covering without performing a visual inspection. This is where our in-home technicians can play a vital roll in not just getting your carpets clean but keeping them that way for a ling time to come which will extend the life of your floor covering. Additionally, although we feel our CSA's are some of the best in the industry, that don't always get the opportunity to share with you all the in-home services we offer, such as hardwood, tile, upholstery cleaning and our1 Year Clean Guarantee Program just to name a few. And please do remember, our policy is to educate our customer to allow them make informed decisions as what is best for their specific needs. And unlike some local competitors, we do not, and will never tolerate high pressure sales or "bait and switch tactics" from any potential Stanley Steemer employee.
