Stanley Steemer has been providing cleaning and restoration services for both residential and business customers for more than 65 years and is locally owned and operated. Stanley Steemer was very professional. They came on time and they did whatever I asked them to do. They moved all the furniture to get at hard-to-reach areas. I have used them only once but I plan on hiring them again. We are very satisfied.

I thought that they would have cleaned all the areas, but I think I may have misunderstood them to only clean traffic areas and not the whole carpet. My sister-in-law recommended them to me and I think they did good work.

The servicemen from Stanley steamer were efficient and courteous. However, I felt like they did a hasty job. They did not move the furniture while steaming the carpets, and I was disappointed when some stains reappeared a few days later. I would not recommend them.

We contacted Stanley Steemer after having our carpet stretched. The crew was friendly and professional. The cleaners did a very good job. They cleaned underneath the furniture and placed it back in the correct spot again.

There were two men that came, one to clean the carpets and the other to help with the hose. The other helper kept hinting for a tip and I didn't appreciate that.
