Ok it took them a long time to schedule and come out.

It went well. They had to delay one day due to weather, but came the next day and got the job done quickly.

These guys are GREAT! Did a great job, and cleaned up completely. My gutters are working again! And communication and scheduling was very good! HIGHLY recommend!

These guys did a great job. They came out quickly and sent me pics of the two story gutters to show the progress after cleaning. They even replaced my flood light bulbs for a nominal fee. Would recommend and use again.

It was a great experience. My only two comments were that they were booked for several weeks out and that was not reflected in the offer when I was selecting the dates on Angie's list originally when I bought the package. Would have been great to have those preferred dates synced with their actual availability. Also there was an additional $100 charge when they come on site due to the pitch of our roof which I do understand given the height and multiple roof lines. Overall very happy.

Very pleased with the work. They unplugged the downspouts and they now flow freely.

They did a great job and I would use them again. They were very punctual and provided pictures showing the quality of their work.

They came to my house and got on the roof and took pictures of the roof and said they cleaned the gutters. I checked the gutters and they are still filthy inside and out and there was no evidence of them trying to clean them. Very disappointed with their service and I feel like I have been stolen from. Do not do business with them. I am in the process of demanding a full refund.

Just fine - I was not home and they sent me pictures of my gutters, which I appreciated. They are a great company and I have used them for all kinds of other things. The best thing they did was repair a broken attic vent that no one else would touch!

Juan was easy to work with. The job was scheduled for the next week after purchase due my somewhat limited availability. I was informed when they were on the way and the work was performed in a timely fashion. Rain water now flows out through the gutters instead of pouring over the side of the house.

Appointment was for 8:30 a.m. At 9 a.m. no one was there. I called and person answering indicated that they were on the way. Around 10 a.m. that person called again to tell me that they were on the way. I told the caller that the two workers had arrived around 9:45 a.m She seemed surprised. One spoke only Spanish and the other one spoke enough English that we were able to communicate at a basic level. The younger of the two went by ladder to the roof and with a blower went around the house blowing our the gutters and poking the blower into the drain holes. No attempt was made to test the drains to see if they worked properly. No hoses were brought for this purpose or for flushing out the gutters. (Tomorrow's rain will be the test, I suppose?) They used my wheel barrow to take away the gutter trash and place it a flower bed as I requested. Both were surprised when I presented the coupon that I had purchased on the Angie site. I indicated that it was for a gutter cleaning as was printed on it, etc. During all of this exchange, the older man said that this was his first day. Both of these men were exceedingly courteous and willing to please, but were hindered by the language barrier. I bear them no malice, but their supervisor or the owner of this firm needs a firm comdemnation for placing them is this position. In the process of purchasing the coupon on the Angie site, I was charged twice for the coupon. It was necessary for me to call the Angie site to get the extra charge removed. The person to whom I spoke was helpful and did see that the extra charge was removed from my DIscover Card account.

Real Handy, Pro performed the services in a timely manner. Great communication and sent before and after photos. They cleaned the gutters and cleaned up all debris from the ground and roof area that was left after the gutters were cleaned. Great job and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

I bought this deal on Angie's List. I was contacted quickly by the company and set up a service date/time. The crew arrived when promised and they were very polite. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Soon after I purchased the gutter cleaning package they'd offered as a deal on Angies List, the provider called me and scheduled a time and date to provide the service. They came when they promised and quickly and efficiently cleaned my gutters. I was very happy because they no longer were overflowing when it rained. I was overdue having my gutters cleaned out and should have done it sooner, because my overflowing gutters ended up causing too much moisture to build up in my crawl space under the house and mold to start growing down there and the wood under my house holding too much moisture. Now I'll make sure to keep my gutters cleaned out every year and I recommend this company to do it..
