Good Surprised they worked with shovels and not a plow but did a good job

Alex Dominguez was the employee and he was great! For the past 10 months, he has done an excellent job and did anything we needed for the yard, and he brought the grass back to a lush green and flourishing lawn. However, over the past two weeks Alex disappeared and haven't heard from him or the company since. I hate giving such a low grade, but if you're running a business, communication is a must! I attempted to reach out to him on several occasions, but I have not received a response. Now, I have to resort to seeking out another lawn service that will match or excel above the work previously done by Alex. I wish him and the company well, but I cannot and will not allow businesses to fall short of our needs.

They were very courteous and conscientious of the yard. Kept me informed of the time frames and arrival. Confirmed the appointment and did a great job!

We are delighted! We put in a request on Sunday afternoon, and Real Handy were out here Monday morning cutting our back lawn and trimming some weeds. We were in a fix, the lawn needed immediate attention, and Real Handy came through for us. Thank you!

exceptional. Alex showed up the day i called to hear what I wanted done and gave me a reasonable estimate then and there, He started the job 3 days later. Alex made a recommendation on doing something different than what I wanted and he was right. it made the area look a lot better. I have all ready recommended Alex to my friends and will definitely be using again . .

It went very well. We had miscommunicated and so our freestanding garage was not included in the quote. But he was very professional in discussing it and did the extra work for a discounted rate.

I think I messaged Real Handy Pro on June 19th or 21st and they responded as soon as they could get to it and very glad that they did.Alex called the 21st of june,2019 to let me know he was about 15 minutes away at about 10:15 and by 10:30 he was there as he said he would.Alex was very easy to talk to.He looked the yard over and gave me a quote which was very fair and reasonable.It did'nt take him long at all to get it cut and done a great job.So I want it done bi-weekly and he said he would give me a call first to let me know when he would be back this way and I was very pleased with the work that he done!! I got home after being gone for almost a month and found the grass in my yard to be over a foot tall and my HOH threatening fines if I didn't get my lawn mowed and back into shape!!!!. I called the people that I hired to cut the grass while I was gone and found out that they had gone out of business!! I got on Angies list and found Real Handy Pro and called (this was at 6:00 PM in a rainstorm). The lady (Christy) answered and said she would send somebody right out to take care of me!!!! Even though I needed it done I didn't want anyone hurt in the rain / thunder storm so I said tomorrow would be fine. The next morning bright and early a man (Alex) arrived and gave me an estimate (that was awesome) and proceeded to cut my front and back yard immediately. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Christy, Alex, and Angies list for putting us all together. I am setting up my summer service with Real Handy Pro and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a professional, courteous, lawn service!! Thank you all!!!

He was friendly and came and gave me an estimate. As soon as we agreed on the price he got to work and finished quickly and didn’t waste anytime.

I used Real Handy Pro to replace a doorbell transformer in July. In October, the doorbell stopped working and I left at least 3 voice messages and sent a text to schedule a time for them to come back and fix the issue. I still have never received a response. I’m very disappointed as they were wonderful to deal with in July.

Purchased a coupon off Angieslist for electrical service. Called 2-3 times left messages and call back number. Never heard from them. I do not want to do business with them and would not contact them in the future.

I was informed that they have requested their deal to be removed. However, Angie's list has not honored their request. Therefore, they were so booked that they could not accept more jobs. They were very professional.

I was confused. I paid $90 for a service call. I was charged an additional $80. For an additional electrician, that I never ordered or expected. (Angie's Electrical Call)Labor of an additional electrician. Regularly $150 rate discounted to $50. $50.00 Material used during electrical call. $30.00 I feel like my total cost of service should have been $90 plus $30 or $120

They did a good job. They were thorough. There were some nests blocking the gutter and they cleaned it all out.

Everything went very well. They even suggested I purchase a part before the appointment to potentially prevent a second service call (which it did).

The worker was very polite and quick. I was missing some of the parts needed to complete the job, but he had them on the truck, so it was a quick fix.

Company set appointment then rescheduled it for two weeks later then never showed up nor did they call or answer their phone when we called them.
