Great. You do need to be patient as they schedule these days between other work for their team by areas. I didn't have to be there as they sent me pictures afterwards of the dirty gutters then the clean gutters from the roofline.

It was really good. It took them 2 weeks, but I didn't need them to get here. They came when they said they would, but it was 2 or 3 weeks after we talked, but again, I didn't need them immediately. We've already planned on using them again. He was a nice guy. We got along fine. He did what he was supposed to do. We talked about a lot of things. We just got along pretty well just personally, so that was good. They were fine.

Scheduling was very hard and had more contact than needed to just firm up a time.

Juan spent a good 15 minutes carefully extracting the broken light bulb, and showing me how we managed to damage the socket. He replaced the smoke detector quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, customer-focused, and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely use him again.

Juan did an excellent job of installing a new 3 way dimmer switch! He was very polite, knowledgeable and offered additional electrical suggestions while he was here. I would recommend him to anyone requiring help with their electrical problems.

The owner came for a mere $25 (Angie's List) and overstayed his time while looking what all I needed done and fixing a lot of things right then and there. Today he sent one of his men to do the installations which he managed in a bit more than 2 hours. Both were very pleasant and helpful and did an excellent job. I also got a bit of a discount for being nice!

He was in and out within 15 minutes.

It went well he checked all connections including the light switch which was faulty.

Purchased offer on 2/13/2017. When I had not been contacted by company in 5 days I sent a message requesting they contact me. On 2/24/2017 since I still had not been contacted by company I requested refund. The price offered was excellent but if they are non-responsive the offer has no value!

Have tried to schedule for over 3 weeks and have been led to believe that it will happen this week every week and they will call the day they can come. Was not willing to schedule a day and initially wanted me to wait until spring. I let them know my gutters were overflowing and needed the service done quickly. After they googled the size of my house and found out I wanted to just use the coupon amount and not pay extra to do the whole house, they suggested I could get a refund because they could not get to it anytime soon. This is after 3 weeks of promises.

We had a small problem but they resolved it and I am happy. What happened, was they had come out and there was inclement weather, and they left without letting me know what was going on. I did not even know they did not finish the job. However when they came back and finished they did a great Job. I would probably use them again.

Super efficient. Gutters were full of leaves/debris. Now are empty/clean. I have a lot of gutters and they did not charge extra. Huge bargain considering the other offers were limited to certain linear feet.

We've used them twice. Both times, they've communicated well. The most recent time, inclement weather affected their ability to get on roofs to clean the gutters. Each day Real Handy kept us informed as to how long it would take to get through the backlog. As for the work, pretty basic. Needed the gutters cleaned efficiently, nothing more, nothing less. 3 or so workers showed up, quickly got on the roof and knocked it out. In sum, good communicators; get out to the house reasonably fast; get there and do the job without much disruption. We'll continue to use them.

Very good. I wanted to be present but they were working around the weather and since I could not be present, they took pictures to confirm work was done as agreed.

They had to delay service a couple of times due to weather conditions. Each time they sent me an email with a copy of the weather forecast and weather map to show why they were postponing. On the day of service they texted me when they were 30 minutes out. Guys were quick and thorough and made sure to advise me on a couple of gutter issues. Nice to find a local business with such professionalism.

when they came to clean gutters at their special advertised rate they said it would be an extra $250 because the house was bigger than they thought. They did come down to an extra $200 but it was still alot more than their special they had and didn't mention house size in their ad or on the phone when it was scheduled.

The work went great. The workers should up within the scheduled time frame and work quickly and effectively to get the gutters cleaned. They were responsive enough to stay off some newly planted grass in my yard even though it required them to go out of their way to avoid it as well. And they cleaned up and bagged all of the leaves they removed from the gutter, and even cleaned up some leaves that were already on the ground. Will hire again for sure.
