We are General Contractors, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, plumbing contractors and landscaping professionals in the state of TN. We do full kitchen and bath remodels, additions, garages, new complete home builds or remodels, we've done it all. Mr.[Member Name Removed] we actually had you on our nonresponsive purchased coupon list. We tried to reach out to you by the email that the Angie's List Customer Contact Information provided us. As soon as we get a purchase confirmation we reach out in a day or two, in your case we reached out the second day. Being that email was the only communication provided we have to wait for the customer to contact us after that. We never received a call or email regarding the service you had purchased so we could go out and do the work for you. Please make sure that what Angie's List has on the contact information list is always up to date so the company on the receiving end can take initiative and use the second method in the case that there is no response through the first.We hope this helps you understand as to why you you didn't get a phone call from us. But thank you for your review and if in the future we can be of any help feel free to reach out to us without hesitation.

It went very well!
Description of Work: They fixed a switch for a recessed entry light in our home. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism by the customer service rep on the phone and the technician (owner). He quickly identified the problem and explained everything that needed to be done to fix it. He even offered tips on how to upgrade existing lighting to save money long term and improve our home. I will definitely contact this service provider for future needs.
