Called promptly to explain that weather would delay the originally scheduled date and then called earlier than expected to say that a break in the weather made it possible to do the work a couple of days later. Very professional and responsive.

He did a great job with the cleaning but he came out a month earlier then we scheduled. He was great at communication but now I have an additional month of leaves in the gutter and in all fairness I didn't express my displeasure to him on the phone.

After selecting the deal on Angie's list I received an email from Juan within the hour to confirm and give me his phone number. I called him the next day, Monday, and he was able to schedule me for today, Friday. He told me he would call the day of service and he did. He called again when he was on his way. Communication was excellent and a pleasant surprise this day in age. Juan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. While he was here i asked for a quote for some repair work on my deck. I thought it was a fair price and I will be contacting him soon to schedule the work. I would highly recommend Juan based on today's service. I got some of his business cards and will be sharing them with friends and neighbors.

Juan at RealHandy.pro provided great overall service and quality. He returned my first call within minutes and set up an appointment to do the work within a week of the call. He arrived on the scheduled day and his team did an excellent job in painting my master bedroom with the paint color and style which I had pre-selected. Additionally, he agreed to move my very heavy bedroom furniture from the downstairs master to an upstairs bedroom and to move the upstairs furniture down to the master. I felt that his pricing was very good and that he and his team were courteous, professional, punctual and that they did excellent work. I would highly recommend RealHandy.pro.

Bought the big deal $99 for gutter cleaning on 2-story home. Crew was prompt and did the job while wife was at home. No issues and will use again.

Juan was punctual and very professional. Showed up on time and did all work needed to accomplish the job. He was very informational pointing out some more work that I need done in order to move a refrigerator and freezer up stairs to increase support to the structure. I was very pleased and would use them again

Juan was great to deal with. Showed up on time, was very mindful about not tracking dirt from outside into the house and offered perfect suggestions to varying methods to perform the project. Given that the project required two holes to be made in the drywall, Juan did a great job of communicating what to expect and what was going to be required so there were no surprises. The project ended up being more intricate than originally planned, but Juan worked through the additional headaches and the fan installation came out great. He and his assistance tested everything, cleaned up after themselves, and were great to work with. Highly recommend, he knows his stuff.

Juan was courteous and listened to what we wanted. He was respectful of our furnishings and cleaned up after his work. He even came and asked me for a sheet to cover some clothes. This was for when he made a hole in the ceiling to put in lighting, the insulation that fell from the attic would not get on our clothes. We have used A&F and Mister Sparker in the past . Juan out performed them all and his pricing was not off the charts. He returned the very next day when we realized how efficient he was and wanted him to perform more work. I give Real Handy Pro a 10.

Juan was very professional, polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. As the service was performed at a rental property instead of our residence, there was some confusion on the address that caused him to be late, but he was apologetic for a problem that was not really his fault. I would recommend Juan with no reservations.

I purchased a Big Deal with them, and spoke with them on the phone, but they were unable to get me an appointment this week when I needed the work done.

They did a fantastic job, and cleaned an extra concrete pad I didn't even ask for. Afterwards he walked me through an inspection, where we noticed a spot that he missed on the siding. I told him not to worry about it, as it was small, but he insisted on getting his equipment back out and cleaning it up.

He showed up on time. Did the work as I asked and cleaned up afterward. I will definitely use him again.

Juan did a great job and I would definitely hire him again. He had to come several times on different days over the course of a week, due to the pressure washer needing repair mid-job, but once it got done I was very satisfied. I plan to hire Juan again if we should need work on the house in the future.

Went extremely well. Due to the extent of work that needed to be done to get everything clean, he was here from 9am til about 2:15 in the afternoon.

Juan did a fantastic job. He was punctual and professional and very courteous. He gave us thorough estimates that were very reasonable, and then followed through and did great work. His drywall repairs in a couple of closets and surrounding a new shower in a bathroom look perfect. The new wall upstairs dividing a huge bonus room into a smaller common area and a bedroom for our son also looks great. I was blown away with how clean and beautiful our home looks after he pressure washed it. It looks brand new and the home is 21 years old. Juan and his team worked very hard to get all the jobs done in a timely manner and made sure that we were completely satisfied with their work, which we are. He made our home renovations a little less stressful, and that is priceless! We will definitely be calling Juan again in the future when we need more work done.

Juan Albarran presents himself as courteous and knowledgeable. After discussing the scope of work we needed performed we scheduled a work date for 2/9/2013 to begin the work. Within the first hour of arrival Juan told me he and his helper, Geronimo, needeed to leave for another job. They stayed on my job 3 hours to pull 6 TV cable drops. Juan also spent some of the time giving me a hard sell on an HVAC maintenance contract. From the time they left it has been difficult to pin Juan down on a date to complete other items on the list. I have scheduled and reschedule my own calendar and take time off from my job based on Juan’s projections of their capability to work us into their busy schedule. Today they finally sent Felipe to do some carpentry work. Upon arrive at 7:45 a.m. Felipe advised me he needed to leave by 11:00 a.m. and would not be able to complete everything today. I immediately called Juan and explained my dissatisfaction with the scheduling and communication and that I would return before 11:00 a.m. to check on progress. En route to a business appointment Juan called me to ask if we had any wood glue and finishing nails. I explained that I would have expected a carpenter to arrive with those items. I told Juan that based on the delays with this project I would be needing to line up someone else to complete the work they could not complete today. Juan told me he would have Felipe complete one item on the work list and then RealHandyPro was done with my project and with me. When I returned to the house at 9:00 a.m. Felipe was gone, absolutely no work had beem performed, and the house key was left on a window sill. It appears RealHandy.Pro is unreliable and does not fulfill their commitments to clients or to Angie’s List deals. We have lost three weeks time and cannot recommend RealHandy.Pro to anyone. We have just purchased a home and as you may know buying one can come with its own surprise expenses. In our case after moving in we realized that the potential small leak in our condensing unit on our hvac was much more. Turns out it was something much more complicated. After trying to get servicemen out to our house with no success we finally came in contact with Juan Albarran from Real Handy.pro. From the get go he was courteous and professional in every phase of his encounter with us. His first visit was to run dye through the coils to see if in fact there was a leak. He did not find any leaks. I was very great full that he was honest about this. When he determined what in fact was the problem which was the reversing valve on the unit he proceeded to acquire one and told me he would install it the next day. True to his word he was at my house as promised with part in hand he started taking the unit apart. What I really liked is that he let me hover over him, not because I did not trust him but because I wanted to see what he was doing and why. He did not mind me at all staying and actually was taking the time to explain to me every step he was taking which made me very comfortable. If you have ever had a reversing valve replaced on your unit I can tell you first hand it is by no means an easy task. Then factor in that it got dark, freezing cold and on top of that a Saturday night. Juan never lost his patience or composure. I knew he was struggling because of the elements outside but he kept focused and finished the job and finished it right. When we fired up the system and saw that it was working now as it should he was smiling from ear to ear. Giving me that peace of mind that I was no longer going to need to heat my home with the expensive emergency heat. My family and I are so great full that Juan took so good care of us that when ever we have an issue with our home we will only call Realhandy.pro and ask that Juan take care of us. They have earned us as customers for life. I will not hesitate to refer him and already have. His price was very reasonable, in fact we were expecting to pay more than what he charged.

Great. He has completed projects for us before and we will continue to use him in the future.

Juan showed up on a Wednesday when it was raining out and did all the basement circuit work, conduit prep for the outdoor circuit, and the installation of the new attic fan which he saved us tons of money on as he was able to find a smaller unit that he simply took the motor from and replaced the bad motor in our unit. He did all this work in a couple of hours. He said that he would be back the next morning to finish the remaining items on the list and the next morning he and another member of his team showed up and knocked out the remaining items before the end of the day. I can't begin to tell you how much of a quality-of-life improvement this was for us. We have been so happy with our home having had this work done. The experience was amazing and the RealHandy.pro crew were funny and professional.
