Very well. Purchased a deal on Angies List, and set the appointment. They completed the work while I was at the office. Aside from seeing that the gutters were clear (and my wife got home as they were finishing), I would have never known they were there.

The owner contacted me right away. Communication was excellent. They did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters, and we have a complex roof system (Victorian). Had a problem with gutter debris that was sprayed onto the siding and windows. When I texted the owner and included a couple of photos, he replied quickly, and said they would be back on a specific date to clean it up. They cleaned it up as promised, and did a good job. I would use them again. Anybody can make a mistake; how you handle it is key, and it was clear to me that customer satisfaction was important.

First appointment was a no go because the weather was below freezing. Juan called me and rescheduled and during this call I asked him not to leave debris on driveway or in my flower beds. He came and did the gutter cleaning and when he left I could not even tell he had been there! Everything was pristine, no leaves or gunk left in the driveway or flower beds. He blew everything onto the grass leaving me with NO cleanup! I will be using and recommending RealHandy Pro. I've had others clean my gutters and leave me with a mess, not Juan. Juan and crew did a fine job. The drain from the air conditioning unit in the attic had leaked into the 4 ft./four tube fluorescent kitchen light back in the summer. Water had dripped out of the fixture itself, plus several areas of the ceiling were left with large yellow water circles. We had easily reconnected the drain pipe that had come loose in the attic, but due to out-of-town family illness, had not repaired the kitchen damage. Juan gave a phone estimate of $500-$600 for the ceiling repairs and light fixture replacement, but cautioned it would depend on what they encountered in actually doing the work and whether it would require more than one day. (I already had ceiling paint and a new light fixture.) When they removed the old fixture, it exposed a disintegrating ceiling that you could easily push a finger through. (Actually, the fixture had been sagging at one end.) This meant a trip to Home Depot for wallboard and cutting out & replacing the rotted area. The stained areas were primed and left to dry, along with the drywall mud, until the next day . After their arrival, I had also asked that they replace the complete flush mechanism in an upstairs toilet tank. They replaced it that day, but it was quite an ordeal as it was old and "frozen", causing great difficulty in removing the old part. The following day, the repaired areas were sanded and the entire ceiling painted and left to dry. The third day, Juan returned and installed the new fluorescent fixture. One of the decorative end pieces for the fixture was bent and did not fit properly, but he continued to work to make it fit and look nice. Juan and the others were friendly, neat, and courteous. From previous experiences with repairmen, I already had plastic over the counters, cabinets, etc. and my own drop cloths on the floor. Juan shook the cloths outside and folded them, swept, and cleaned up. The job turned out to be more involved than I had anticipated, but I was pleased with Juan and his fellow workers and would use them again.

Juan was very responsive and kept me updated on timing (we weren't sure if the weather would be too cold to clean the gutters). They were friendly and efficient. They removed all the debris from our roof and replaced two light bulbs that we could not reach on the second story of our garage. I used the Angie's special. I would use them again!

He did charge a little more due to my roof's pitch (very steep) because he had to use ladders instead of walking along the roof. He more than made up for that however because he was able to change 2 flood lights that had burned out and re-attached a dryer vent housing that had come undone. Overall, very happy with his service and will not hesitate to use next year. Thank you!

Juan and I set up an appointment.. Juan and a worker came on the date set up. They called and kept me posted as to arrival time. They cleaned the gutters. It was "a big deal" but I paid more because of the house being 3 levels in the back. I knew this was a possibility when I spoke with him on the phone. When he came to the house he did an evaluation of the roof and height of the gutters. He gave me an estimate to be approved before work was done. They cleaned the gutters and cleaned up after themselves and blew my leaves off the walk and driveway which was very nice of them. They did not have to do this. I will definitely use their service again.. I plan to get some handyman work done after the Holiday's.

Never showed up or even called to explain. Called him and decided we wanted a refund.

Went great. Had to delay the service due to rain by a couple of days but he came out as soon as he could and got the job done.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for gutter/roof cleaning for $99. Juan was very professional and started the work with no issues. The house is a two story home with easy slant roof and gutters are accessible. No issues. All appears to be in good working order after cleaning. Leaves were cleaned up from patio/porch areas after the blowoff from the roof/gutters. This was a needed service at a good price for an hour's worth of work. Only suggestion is to confirm time of arrival for the morning of the job if that is an issue - the total job shouldn't take more than an hour.

Juan was prompt in responding and scheduling the appointment. Due to weather issues, the appointment was delayed, but he came out the very next day and was on-time, courteous and efficient. He even sent me a picture of the worker on our roof as proof that they did the job, which was a nice touch. We were so impressed with his professionalism we have already hired Juan to do another job for us.
