Based on our GPS tracking history, our Technicians were indeed there and on-time with the original scheduled time and date. They knocked but nobody answered. The only problem was that they were at YOUR home and NOT the place you wanted serviced. :-) Our sincere apologies. Since you purchased the service through the AngiesList "Big Deal" promotion there were some assumptions made since they send us your home address and we didn't get the true address of service until later. Description of Work: I took advantage of their special offer to clean 30 outside windows for $119. Eventhough the outside temperature was close to freezing, Jesse did a good job and never complained about the cold. He explained everything he would do. Since he was limited to 30 windows, with each window equaling 9 small panes, he could not clean all my windows, so we worked together to choose which windows he would clean. He was friendly and courteous and did a good job overall.
