Platinum Window Cleaning

David and Jason cleaned my windows inside and out. They did a great job. They were punctual, efficient and very respectful of my home. David replaced the batteries in my automatic shades on very tall windows. He even took the time to help problem solve one shade that was not functioning. I have used Platinum Windows several times and highly recommend them,

This was our first experience with Platinum Window Cleaning. They cleaned all of our windows inside and out, and cleaned out (and fixed) a few hard to reach gutters. Our techs, Jonathan & Taylor, did an absolutely outstanding job. They arrived on time, were very professional, and had great attention to detail. Could not be happier with the service I received for the money. Will absolutely be using them again.

Houston came out within a couple days to give an estimate, very nice and prompt. Estimate was very detailed and he explained the process thoroughly. We agreed on the cleaning and had an appt set up in no time. They were able to come out within a week. Quick considering it’s spring time and I’m sure they’re very busy. Jonathan came out and cleaned 24 windows, 2 sets of French doors, front door and even the garage access door that has a glass window. If it was glass....he cleaned it! Inside and out. He was by himself and only took around 5 hours. We have permanent window grids on the inside of the windows that he had to work around. Great job, we’re pleased!

It went GREAT! The two workers, Houston Mercer and his helper (sorry I did not write his name down) were very professional, courteous and efficient. They were careful to be safe as well as thorough with their cleaning task, and finished in a good time frame. When it came to scheduling, the folks at Platinum Window Cleaning went out of their way to help me out in the time frame I needed for a very important gathering I was to have on Saturday. They came by that Friday morning before, right on schedule and left my formerly dirty, grimy skylights and large windows gleaming in the sunlight and looking like new. I was so very thankful for their working with me on that, as it lets me know they care about their customers which means a lot in today's world. I couldn't have found better people to do my difficult window cleaning task--thank you, Platinum Window Cleaning, and thank you, Angie's list for guiding me to them!

It was fine. They did a lovely job. They arrived on time. I had more windows that the $99 Big Deal covered. I started with that and then purchased at regular price for the rest of the house. They showed up on time and they did everything just fine. It was clean. They were courteous and unlike others they didn't drip any dirty water any place. I would use them again and recommend them.

Service provider arrived on time and did excellent job of cleaning all exterior windows - a few of which were rather cobweb encrusted.

The job was done very well, and I'd like to give an A for overall service, however there were some issues with the initial appointment, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. The appointment was set for 11am, I had this service ordered for a property where I don't live anymore. I was there at 11am but no one showed up, I called their office and was told the technician should be on their way soon, but they were not sure. I waited for an hour and had to go to another appointment. I made arrangements with their office for them to be able to enter the property on their own then they would arrive. At 4:45pm I received a call directly from the technician that they were not able to service my property today as they were only just finished with all their appointments and did not have time for my home today. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. They came on time and did a wonderful job. I would use their service again.

i have a lot of windows and some are hard to get to but Houston and Trayce were so meticulous and conscientious. They really did an excellent job. My windows have never looked so clean.

Just had our initial cleaning with them and am so impressed! Houston and Trayce were thorough, professional, and did an exceptional job. We're very picky about the people we let in our house and we were very comfortable with them as they were well dressed and very friendly (even with our dogs). The service was excellent and the pricing was very competitive and they were able to schedule quickly. Would highly recommend.

They were on time. The worker that was sent out was very professional and clean cut. Took him about 4 hours to complete work and the work was done well. I would use them again.

I have used Platinum Window Cleaning quarterly for the past two years and have always been pleased with their service. They are prompt, reliable and do a good job. My technician, Jesse was very courteous and accomodating.

Was quite happy with the outcome. He showed me problems that he was having trouble with and took his time to do the best that he could. The only thing I would have liked him to have paid more attention to was the area between the inside and outside windows. He tried to clean that area but not as well as I would have done myself. Not sure if that was included in the service. Overall, I was happy with the service and would use them again.

It was easy to schedule. The day of my cleaning, I received a two hour arrival time. Near the end of the two hours, the man called to say he would be a little late. He arrived and cleaned my windows - they look beautiful. Thanks, Angie

Perfectly!!!! Best service I've had in years!!! Cleaned windows in and out with attention to detail. Raised blinds and lowered when finished. Wiped sills. Cleaned the glass in the doors, too!!! Excellent work!!!
