Platinum Window Cleaning

The service went fine. We actually received an email from them recently and will be signing up for another cleaning with them since we liked the work so well. We opted for the interior and exterior window cleaning as a part of this deal. They were respectful of our space when indoors and all was good.

They did an excellent job and the young man was very clean, cordial and accommodating. He took care to explain things and did as he promised. On the initial day they were to arrive, the interstate was closed due to a wreck. I was rescheduled and it rained so they did not make the 2nd scheduled appointment. However, they made extra effort to put me first on the list for the next day and the service was very good.

The guys showed up on time. They were courteous and did a great job. Even working around all of my junk store in my basement.

It went well. We counted 30+ windows, but they came up with 58 because they some windows are so big they count them as 2. I didn't mind they did that because the service went really well. They arrived on time, gave us an accurate estimate. They were fast in cleaning the windows and did a great job.

cleaned inside and outside of windows, as well as window sills. I signed a contract for the rest of the year. Will also clean out gutters for a reasonable amount if done at the time of window cleaning. LOVE having those outside maintenance things done by one person. I' m picky and could not find a single thing that needed a re-do. guys just left after 3rd cleaning. They're still wonderful. I am signing up for a 2nd year.

Very pleasant smooth transaction. Scheduling was easy, the cleaner arrived promptly and worked diligently for about 2 hours . I have a 2 story house, all my windows were cleaned inside and out, and the screens were removed and replaced properly (please note, they do not do windows which have storm windows). This service included my doors, and even the windows on my garage doors. I will definitely use Platinum again, and recommend them without hesitation

not much to it. they just arrived on time, and worked steadily until all the windows were clean. since the windows were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time, I was very pleased to see what a difference this made. they were courteous and worked fast.

They were good! They are young men who I think are just starting out and so they didn't have a lot of the equipment that they needed but they did work hard and it cost a little bit more than I thought it would because I had more windows to clean. They had to take the storm windows down. They were very nice! It cost me I think around $500 or $600 but I had more windows and it was more work. I knew that that was in the contract that if they had to take the storm windows down it would cost more. They did a good job! They were pretty expensive. I think I could have gotten it done not so expensive at some other place but they were very nice young men. They did a good job. I had to go back on a couple of things to do that they forgot to do. They were very professional. I liked them very much.

I purchased an Angie's List BIG DEAL with Platinum Window Cleaning and got distracted during my home sale process and forgot to use the deal before the deadline. This is even after they proactively reached out to me via email to schedule my window cleaning. However, I called and spoke with Rachelle and asked if I could possibly use the deal on my new home - which we don't close on for another month - with the understanding that I would also be adding additional windows and thus cost to the deal. She was very nice and said that they would do it and that they would go over to my future home to count the windows and give me an estimate of additional cost (beyond the 16 windows that were included in the BIG DEAL). I will update and/or post a new review after the work has been completed. For now though, I am very satisfied with their prompt, courteous, and professional response.
