Their work was excellent but they canceled two times and I had to take off from work both times to meet them here. They confirmed the day before and both times they canceled. What it cost me to take off from work was a lot of money. Their work was extremely professional but their customer service was pretty bad. Their work was excellent but I can't afford to lose another day of work.
Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Tab Hunter Heating & Cooling-The Surfin’ Plumbers. They repaired a commode.

Tab hunter, said I needed a larger system, new duct work, new thermostat and needed do some new wiring to the breaker box... Bottom line... Tab hunter tried to get me to spend over 10 k more then I needed
Description of Work: WI had tab hunter co come out to a rental I own to look at replacing the central heat and ac system, I also had 2 other companies come out that day and at the end of the day, the other two companies were within 200.00 of each other and said basically the same thing needed to be done...replacement of the heat and ac system, duct work was fine, thermostat was only 1 yr old and would work with the new systems, they also would replace with the same size unit that was there for 15 yrs.

The repair was made very efficiently.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my plumbing in that it was making a noise that I could not find in the house. After looking in my crawl space, I didn't see any standing water but I notice that one of my outside faucets was vibrating. After contacting this service, the staff was very cordial and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The technician was also very prompt and after inspecting the problem, he indicated that it was possible that I had an issue with the pipes running from the meter to the entrance point of my home. While he was still at my home, one of the toilets was flushed and the technician asked for permission to inspect it. It was then determined that the problem was in one bathroom and replacing that commode would alleviate my issue. The next morning, another technician arrived at the scheduled appointment and made the repairs. What I thought would have been about a $3K repair was actually less than $700 including the commode.

They added a $25 charge and for a total of $125 supposedly worth $225 a man came with only a 'snake' like the one I already have from Home Depot. The invoice says 'attempted' to unclog so there is no commitment to fixing it which he did not.
