Description of Work: They were very helpful and thorough. We had been having a problem since the city increased the water pressure by adding a bigger water main. They identified the problem and solved it along with a few other problems we had been having. They had to return a few times while they waited for the city to do it's part of the job and were very prompt and professional in accommodating us.

Description of Work: The service tech installed a complicated new kitchen faucet and also checked for leaks around the upstairs bathroom tub. The installed faucet works as advertised, and no further leaks have been detected from the plumbing connected with the upstairs tub. Work was high quality and all went very well.

Description of Work: We purchased a certificate through Angies' list and used this company. We received a free estimate of $1,000 to change a faucet. He was unable to removed the faucet and we were told he would need to go through the wall to change it but would not be able to repair the wall. We hired someone else to look at it. The charge for diagnosis, labor and parts was under $100. Angies list was lovely and refunded our money.
