Description of Work: The particular plumber who came and did the work this time was so great -- like God's own plumber. Besides installing a new disposal, kitchen faucet and drainpipes, he re-worked the tub faucet handles that had been done incorrectly last year (by another Hunter/Surfer dude). I am now a very happy camper with hot & cold water and faucets that work.

Description of Work: The main problem was that I got off from work early in order to be home at the appointment time they gave me, but the technician came 2 hours late. He didn't notify me that he was going to be late- I had to call the company and ask where he was and if he was still coming. He was very nice when he showed up, but it didn't seem like he did anything much. He wasn't there very long, and although it said in the ad that the service included cleaning some of the compressor parts, as far as I know that wasn't done.

Description of Work: After getting a $300 water bill, I called them out with a list of work items which was to check all the pipes under the house for leaks and see why the pipes were rattling, replace two shutoff valves that were rusted on two toilets and repair the "guts" of the toilets with toilet rebuild kits that I had already purchased. They found multiple leaks in a pipe under the house and also that I had no pressure reducing valve on the water line coming in from the street (previous owner had removed it for some reason). They also installed a shutoff valve under the house so I could shut the water off there vs having to do it at the street. Only took him about 3hrs to get all of that work done and the water pressure has been great since then, no leaking toilets either.
