+ -1 moreLittle expensive but I think that it's normal pricing. There was coupon available and the people are nice but still the prices are high. It's for my rental property that later on my tenant told me that tap water and the cold water the facet handle button is shrink-ed, if the want to use the hot water they had to turn on the cold water side, he turned it backward that what I mean first, but I couldn't check it from my eyes but that's what I been heard.

+ -1 moreGot under the house and saw where there was a lot of water leaking from the water pipe connected to the outside faucet, they came and replaced the section that had cracked and we also had them put in a better fitted external faucet.
Description of Work: Had a leak under the house by the front outside spigot. Water bill was high and yard was flooding from all of the water leaking from the pipe.

+ -1 moreUsing a flame the copper pipe was repaired but my insulation was left black from the burn. I don't know how it didn't ignite. As for the water heater he didn't have a cap with him to fix it. It's clear I paid way too much. And was left with half the order repaired. It seemed they would not cap the water heater but seemed perfectly willing to sell me another one. I looked on you tube and caped it myself. I wrote the owner a letter asking why he thought it could not have been repaired too, after all the call costed me a lot. No reply.
Description of Work: I called for two leaks. One in copper pipes and the other in water heater valve.
