Replaced trap primer
Description of Work: Work was done correctly. Charged $450 when it turns out multiple neighbor recent Y had theirs done for $200-$250. Nothing wrong with the work the screwed on the price. We were in a jam as the valve was leaking so we didn’t have time to shop. Will never use them again as the work was 30 minutes and the part was way cheap

That says it all!!
Description of Work: Had a water softener installed in Nov. 2013. It was $3800. I think it was probably not new because when I asked for model and serial number, spec and warranty info, they gave me a downloaded manual stapled together and nothing else. It quit working a few times and the tech just shook his head... A month or so ago, I called to say that I thought a rodent or something had gotten into the tank somehow because my water smelled like something had died in it. They did not send anyone for a week or so..."because they never heard of such a thing and had to talk to the manager in Florida to see how to charge for the service call." I finally put it on vacation mode but that went off after a week or so and it was back in my water again. They finally sent a tech that looked like he'd never seen a system like this, told me it was old??!!! and that I needed to purchase a water filter system for a mere $5600 and that they had a buy back policy and would give me up to $1500 on the softener. HA!!! See why I don't think it was new when installed?! Anyway, NO ONE would buy a $5600 water filter system and I didn't. I just asked him what he was going to do with the softener. He told me nothing could be done. I told him to please shut it off completely so it didn't go into my drinking water AT ALL!!!!!! No more smell but now I have a $3800 softener under my house that doesn't work. The manager won't call me and not one person has explained anything for over a month now. So unprofessional!

These guys are great. The office manager is very pleasant on the phone and will work with you on using the Angie's List deals they frequently send out. I've had them out twice: Once to install a water line for my refrigerator and again to unclog a sink. Both times the plumber was very courteous, did a great job of explaining things, and addressed the porblems. I will continue to use them whenever I need plumbing services!

The plumber was excellent in all areas, and was very polite. He is not only personable yet professional with me but he even went as far as to help my neighbor jump his car and mine to upon leaving. Not as great as having a husband but the nexted best thing! I will have them come back in the future to add a water softener system which will prolong the life of his work and my home. It is so reasuring to know that one person knows the maintance of my home. I'm a happy camper.
Description of Work: Diagnosed the leak of toilet, and replaced the toilet. I had them come back to take advantage of becoming a member on their monthly club, boy am I glad I did. As they were showing me my leaky water heater, leaky garbage disposal and rusting bathroom sink fauset due to ahving hard water I was a lille stunned but so thankful that I listened to myself by calling them to do this inspection. As usual, they were able to fix everything the same day so now I have peace of mind.

The experience from calling the office to the end of the call is awesome! THey stick with a Surfing theme and it is fun! Come to the door in a Hawaiin Lei and kids loved the van! The plumbers go over in detail every aspect of the call and are able to make even me understand it! They do not treat you like a moron because you do not know plumbing they help you to understand it and that is worth the time and money I spent with The Surfing Plumbers!!! Would recommend them to everyone I know!
Description of Work: Kitchen faucet leaking and installed a new kitchen faucet. They were great ! Explained everything in detail before they did the job and really got me involved. Price was given up front and did not change at all!!! Very knowledgeable and fun!

they were very professional from start to finish. they did not make a mess, replaced my toilet that day. they did everything they said they would do and more. they had my problem fixed that day with no hassles or headaches. in less than one day, I called them to come out, they diagnosed the problem, gave me several options, and fixed the issue right away. they office staff and plumber were very professional and happy to be doing their job. they went above and beyond to help me out and accommodate my crazy schedule. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. it has hard to find great customer service and I have found it with Surfin' Plumbers!
Description of Work: The toilet would not stop running and I called Surfin' Plumbers to come see what was going on. they came out that day. the plumber was very professional and thorough when checking the problem. he diagnosed the problem and gave me several options. after a discussion, we determined it was best to replace the 30+ year old toilet.

They were great. The van is the story!! Surfboards on top of the van, the technician has on a lei when he walks to the door and when you call the office they say Aloha! It is fun, they get you involved in the experience and they are good plumbers. The rapport they build is outstanding. Loved it.
Description of Work: The BEST experience I have had in a long time! As a contractor myself it was refreshing to see a great plumbing company give incredible customer service. They were on time, early actually, I was kept informed and they were honest. They not only explained to us what we needed to do but INVOLVED us in the process of learning with the Drain Clearing. Incredible- will use them time and time again as my plumber!!!
