The service was not performed well. The actual plumbing service seemed fine. They had to run a new pipe under my drive-way. They dug up my driveway and yard and they were not responsive after the work in getting that repaired. I had to call a separate company to do the clean-up and repair of those items. I felt like the plumbing was good and they were fine to deal with. The follow-up was not good at all.

They were very nice, knowledgeable, and they showed up within an hour. The job was very difficult, and they got it done. They offered us a membership for a discount program, which we are considering.

They were prompt when getting back to me and informed me from start to finish of how the process would go. The technician arrived at the agreed upon time. I received a quote of the work to be done but ended up fixing the problem myself.

They were very good and responsive from the beginning with the initial contact. They gave a quote and stuck to it. They were very courteous and punctual.

The service man was good and on time. It took 2 days to complete the job. Only issue is the sink downstairs flooded the next day. However, I called and they came the next day to fix the issue. I wanted to write my review for 2 months because I wanted to make sure my plumbing issues were resolved. I have not had any more plumbing issues and my water bill reflects job well done. If needed, I would use them again in the future.

I wish we had called them first. After 3 estimates at outrageous prices it was a relief to find a professional plumbing company with reasonable prices. From the estimate to the scheduling to the day of the project everything happened on time and on budget. The plumbing tech was kind, friendly, quick with a good work ethic and knowledgeable. They even came back a day later to remove the smell of the leaking kitchen mess in the crawl space. Well done!

.Overall I think they did a good job. It was a big job. They had to cut through the wall, install an access panel in case anything ever happened and the shower faucet needed to be replaced. I was pleased with their work and professionalism. I would use them again.

They did a good job. In fact, we bought a monthly service contract from them (not reflected in the above price) under which they performed a couple of other minor plumbing tasks while they were in our home.

So far, so good. They showed up, did the work that I needed, I got the discount so all is well.

well, I just have not had good services in that deal. He was okay, but I did not realize that the company wanted you to have a signup for a monthly charge of ten dollars. I had joined Angie's list because of a gentleman who thought it might help, because I live alone and did not have a lot of experience here in Nashville. Anyway so I joined Angie's list, but I really was reluctant, because of the bad experiences that I have had over the years here in Nashville. So, he did come and he did finish the work, but I just did not realize that it was going to be a sales pitch, to have a ten dollar fee every month. So, I guess I am learning about the people that you have, but I did not schedule any work for this $10 deal with them. They were supposed to come and look at any work that was needed so, but I work at a hospital and have been so busy. He was a nice guy but I probably would not recommend them to anyone because, I was not expecting that from a recommendation of Angie's list. This is the first time I had used any recommended people from Angie's list. So it was a learning experience.

We were happy with Surfin' Plumbers. I joined the maintenance club so they are going to come out again next week. They were very helpful about other problems.

First visit was not pleasant, technician spend more time selling extra products and work than actually fixing my problems. I felt pressured to buy a more expensive faucet than was appropriate for my kitchen and the faucet started leaking within a month. The service manager came promptly and installed the faucet I originally wanted and provided a discount. I am satisfied with the final work and the courteous visit from the "boss." I am signed up for a service contract and have confidence they will provide good service in future.

It did not go well. They were supposed to be there around 4pm. I left work early to be there. They ended up being there around 5:30. Ended up with an extra hole in my brick. The person who they sent was a pipe layer who also did minor repairs who was also in training. He was left alone after the initial sales presentation. He did not install the correct parts in the toilet. He ended up trying to bend the parts to make them fit. He finally left telling me to call his personal cell to tell him when I would be home after work the next day. Communications were consistently horrible with the staff and the office and then me. On more than one occasion, the worker told me to call their cell phone directly. I would then get a call from the office that the work would not take place that day because they were waiting from a call to the office from me. On the last day, the worker showed up at my house without me being notified from the office. The field supervisor ended up completing the job. He filled in the extra hole in the brick with grout. When he asked what I thought, I said well it is clear in the brick. He said well it is better than a hole. He said that the grindings from the brick on the ground would bounce up during rains and discolor the clear grout. He had told me that he would put in new inside parts in an upstairs toilet to make up for the bad experience. On the last day of work, there was no mention of following through on that offer. I was done with this company. So I said goodbye. Horrible experience.

Although i haven't actually utilized their services yet, i will tell you a couple things about Surfin' Plumbers....these folks are PROS, and have fantastic communication and customer service. Stephanie and Patrick are fantastic, and will tend to your needs in a personal and professional manner. I'm VERY impressed with these nice people, and will set up a time soon for them to do the service we have discussed.....and i have NOT A SINGLE DOUBT that they will do the work economically, and perfectly.

They were very fast and thorough. Took a lot of time talking with us and explaining their services and they loved on our dog!

It was a horrible experience. I ended up spending way more. They only got one sink hooked up correctly. Everything else was done wrong. They ran hot water to the toilets. The washer leaked all over my laundry room. The kitchen sink leaked. They hooked up the hot and cold water backwards on the downstairs sink. The pipes downstairs was hanging loose. I had to call them back three times and it still is not done right. I told them that I needed them out of my house. I would not use them again.

It went very very well. I had been looking at instructions and trying to talk my usual handyperson, Me, into doing the job (evaluating the old parts, probably replacing them) but I could see too many possible ways it could go wrong. I didn't want to get into the middle of it (all torn apart, with no running water in the house) and THEN look for a plumber. My daughter in law, who knew my history of getting ripped off when I hired outside help, signed me up for Angie's List. Using their $99 deal, I hired Surfin' Plumbers. They called the next morning, scheduled me in, and the job was all done within an afternoon. It was so painless and relatively inexpensive, I wished I had called them long ago.
