very punctual and bailed us out with an emergency toilet fix need. the work was done properly and the work was done quickly. very nice people and a pleasure to work with. will sue them again and would refer them to anyone needing service.

Had one plumber look at it and was quoted $1,800. Tom came yesterday, looked at the situation and said he could get it opened, offered several options and we picked the one we needed. Jeremy arrived promptly and solved our problem. I am more than pleased! Very nice guys!

A significant additional cost was quoted for services needed. I decided to seek other resources to get estimates for the work needed. I feel that the ad for their "big deal" was misleading.

The company was very flexible and professional in setting up appointments. Their plumber, Jeremy, was punctual. This is the first time I have ever used a plumber. The whole experience was very nice.

Jeremy said the problem was that the flange at floor was too high and needed to be cut below floor but he could reset it anyway but it might not last that long. He also recommended replacing the old cast iron piping (at a cost of 5k). So he set the toilet and left, while I consulted with husband on waste line replacement. Toilet was leaking within the hour. We called a friend to get a recommendation for another plumber to look at toilet and for a 2nd opinion/price on waste line job. Turns out the flange wasn't even bolted to floor! It was a tricky job but he made it work (with no cutting down below) and toilet is now solidly bolted with no leaks. We had the leaky/corroded stretch of cast iron piping replaced for less than $1000.

Good--- Outstanding job on the plumbing service, replaced toilet, hauled away old one, and supplied all the necessary equipment for changeover. Bought the toilet at Lowes and had them install. Bad- price!! used a group that was $99 for $200 of service and they charged $213 to install one toilet. They wanted $176 per faucet to change and I supplied the faucets so I had it done by a handyman for $30 per faucet.

Excellent Arrived went to work did a great job and joined their club and win use them again.

I have no complaints on the company as they were fast and friendly in our communication. I am just not in need of the service at this point.
