The service has gone okay. I am having them make some repairs to the toilet. They have not really fully resolved the issue. The project itself is still ongoing. They are working with me to find the right fixture and solution to the problem. I really like the company and had used them in the past for new outdoor pipes. They are very respectful and make sure to tell me everything they are doing during the service. I have talked with Stephanie the office manager and I really like her. She is a very nice person and easy to work with. Tom and a few other technicians have been out to work on the toilet. They have done great work so far and have treated me very kindly.

Matthew was very thorough and professional. He explained everything he was doing and worked with me on a fair price. He was friendly and really knew his stuff.

Tom gave us estimate and shortly Matt arrived. He was extremely professional and worked h****** our job. The finished kitchen job is just beautiful. Jeremy replaced the outdoor faucet and both guys were so friendly and knowledgeable.

Service manager came to home and made cursory inspection, told me to order a $300 diverter for repairs of Jacuzzi and they would install for the fee pd to Angie's List. Few days later, another employee came out, said repair requires multiple additional fittings and he'd return in several days. Did not hear from company for almost a week, called and told employee quit. Scheduled another visit and a third employee came out, said he needed a bunch of fittings and gave me an estimate of over $600. I told him I would seek repairs elsewhere and he said I should request refund. I called company and they said they would contact Angie's list for me to get a refund.

Extremely prompt, knowledgeable, courteous. Price was high, but service impeccable. Super responsive and fast.

It went well and engineers, who later worked under house on structural issue, complimented the work that Surfin' Plumbers had done that they observed.

Found no major problem. Two things to watch.

I had used their service before and there were a few hiccups on the scheduling time and promptness but the job was done well and I decided to give them another shot. This time, I requested an appointment through Angie's list over the weekend and this morning, I received a call from Stephanie who had someone out here with in 2 hours. Job done! The installer was polite and professional and cleaned up for me. I have to give them the benefit of the doubt on their first appointment impression. Sometimes things happen. I did give them a B on the price since Lowes was charging 125 for installation. Great job!

Suggested we needed extensive replacement of pipes under house and new toilet. Toilet estimate alone was $750. After they never followed up with an estimate for work under house, 2 other companies came out, neither said we needed new pipes. Tub drains were cleared at a cost of $75.

He was very friendly. He did the job fast and well. Will I use the again. ...maybe.

Eric arrived, inspected toilet, showed us the marking on it that stated its age. Explained fully all our options for repairing it and the benefits provided by future service by his company. He worked hard to made sure everything was perfect. Very professional.

Always goes well with Jeremy. He is the best. We are looking at doing some other work later on cut off valves and washer hoses. Explains well and gives good prices.

I bought the $99 dollar special on Angie's list and they called me right away and I scheduled the appointment. They gave me a morning time and when they did not call, I called and was told that they had a emergency and needed to change the time to later in the AM. They then called again and changed it to the afternoon and then again to change it to Monday. My service was not an emergency and it was fine with me but I don't think they handled it very well. When they did arrive, the job was done in a timely manner but when finished, we tried the water and discovered that they had switched the hot and cold so he had to switch the water lines to make it right. The guy that installed it was pleasant enough and cleaned up well. I would probably give them another shot.

It was great. They came right out and gave us a solution that avoided breaking up our new concrete pad. The guys who poured the pad actually were the ones who broke the water line. Of course they denied this and left me hanging. So I had no choice but to hire a plumber to fix the leak. I had not used Surfin Plumbers before but I could see they had great reviews here so I called them. I can say that was a great choice. One thing about the guys who came out they are very hard workers. The line was deep underground and he ended up neck deep in a trench. He was covered in mud and working very hard to fix it. Even worse we have a old farm house and they must have kept hogs or some animal in this part of the yard. Because the mud was smelling very bad. It didnt stop them though and they literally just dove in and stayed hard at work until the problem was solved. I highly recommend Surfin Plumbers. They are great and honest people. Not afraid of hard work either.

they showed up on time, did what they said they were going to. It was uncomplicated and they were efficient. I would definitely recommend them again.
