Very well, I had somewhat of an emergency and the squeezed me in on a Saturday and cleaned the drains for me. They came back the following week and reworked the drain conduit under the house to keep this from happening again. Very easy to work with.

My under sink leak was evaluated and problem diagnosed. I got a good price on a new kitchen faucet and spray hose. The also did a minor rebuild on a "running" toilet. They appeared to do excellent work. A week later I lost water while washing dishes. A water line connection under the sink came loose. The surfing plumbers returned and corrected the problem.

I was having a tiny leak under my sink and he came in and all of a sudden I have this huge leak, he broke the pipe and my whole kitchen was flooded with water. He turned off the water and them he told me to have all my pipes redone and I have a two story house. I just told him I wanted him to fix it. I would think before you fix the pipe under the sink you would turn off the water in case you break the pipe so you don’t flood the kitchen. That was a very bad experience and when he gave me the estimate it was very high. It was extremely stressful.

The company was professional and everything was fine, however, my friend ended up being able to do the work for me.

Everything went as planned. Nathan is a pro. Very knowledgeable, polite and neat.

Nathan arrived on time, explained what was needed & installed the new hose bibs.

They are doing sloppy work and not professional. They just left and will have to come back out because the toilet is leaking.

Technician notified- came out fixed toilet (toilet ran off and on periodically)

I described the problem as we did a walkthrough. Then he wrote up the resolution offers. We chose one and he performed the task in moments.

Plumber was very professional and performed work quickly and effectively.

See the above for what happened. I would not consider Surfin' Plumbers for any future needs - they don't have their act together. I had another company out on 3/13 that didn't do the job due to rain/standing water issues (but did come out same day ready to had it not been for the water) - but a third one came out on 3/14, did the job, was done in an hour, gave me a 2 year parts & labor warranty AND matched Surfin' Plumbers price since I'm on Angie's List. Will be using the other company for any future plumbing needs.

It was alright but they were pretty expensive. They had like a deal- we will do this for this amount but usually they find something else that needs to be done and that's like atone extra. That is what happened- it wasn't really a great experience, I would rather get somebody else next time. They were nice and very courteous. My issue with them was that they were more than they advertised.

Provider was very punctual; made it out within hours of my emergency phone call and took care of the problem.

After researching plumbers, we decided to go with Surfin' Plumbers when our kitchen sink stopped draining. They were quick to answer and schedule.... then reschedule. Given they did have some professional issues (other people having plumbing emergencies and a truck in the shop) and personal issues (death in the family) resulting in having to push my appointment back twice. They did keep me inform. They offered me more of a discount due to the delay which was courteous. When Tom did come for the appointment he was thorough and very professional. He examined our sink and pipes in the crawlspace telling us that we actually had a leak in the pipes. Our 1966 built house had older steel pipes that were not draining anymore due to the build up and the only reason it would drain over several hours was the leak. Therefore, we had to replace the pipes. Tom then scheduled Eric (Jamal) to come out to our house early the following week to do the install. He was very professional and appeared to do a good job. We were happy with his service at the time. He even commented on how the pipes had so much buildup he didn't know how we were using it for the last several months since we bought the house. Since we had a leak in crawlspace, I needed to get the water out of the crawlspace with the wet vac. My husband was working so I decided to tackled the job alone. It ended up being more water than expected but why I'm not happy with Eric's work is because the old pipes were left in our crawlspace. We are talking NASTY build up of rotting organic materials in the old pipes that were left there. We noticed an odor coming from the crawlspace after the job but thought it was the kitchen water that was draining into there. Turned out the culprit was the old pipes left in our crawlspace. One of the worst things I have ever smelled. So I had to leverage the long steel pipes on cement blocks to get them out of the crawlspace then asked a friend to haul them off. I'm a petite woman so it wasn't easy getting those pipes out and I was mad at the unprofessionalism every step of the way. Whether he could've carried the pipes in his car or not, he should've removed them from our crawlspace. Then tell us he would pick them up later with their truck if he couldn't take them with then because he was in his personal car. The pipes were left in our crawlspace because he didn't think we would notice. UPDATE: We found water still leaking into our crawlspace a week later when we went to check, A LOT OF WATER. Problem was NOT solved. My husband called them right away on Saturday when we noticed and we got out as much water as we could since they couldn't return until Monday and we couldn't just let water sit in the crawl space. We found out Eric had been fired but made us further question his plumbing work. Tom came out with new hire Tyler and was going to fix the problem plus lay down more plastic for us. Tyler removed all the water with a shop vac, fixed the plumbing since there were some mistakes in Eric's work and secured fittings for no leaks. He even had us run the washer and our kitchen sink to make sure there were no leaks which Eric didn't do and we realized that should've been done. Tyler was VERY PROFESSIONAL and thoroughly explained what he did and why.. We were let down with Eric's work but were happy with Tyler's professionalism and knowledge. This fix they did without charging another penny which is what an honorable company should do but they did say they would credit us for the horrendous previous job and that never happened. Overall, would not use them again due to hit or miss service.
