The repairman advised that he was at the house to check all plumbing and advise what needs to be accomplished and will give us an estimate for the repairs, and parts, and will take $200.00 off the cost of repairs. I thought the cost was somewhat excessive and I felt that we had been deceived regarding the "deal." I don't believe I would call them again.

The technicians checked the septic pumps. They were working, so the back-up was backed up, drain / pipe. They needed to remove the toilet in order to fully clean it out. They thoroughly cleaned up after their work. I also signed up for regular servicing.

Tim was on time and very professional. I was pleased with the work performed and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Most impressed, The office called to confirm the appointment a couple of days before. Without me asking the scheduler said I would get a call to confirm the technician was on his way an hour before, again to let me know he was in route 20 minutes before and did as stated which gets big points in my book. The plumber was on time, professional and very thorough about reviewing what was to be done and the costs just making sure there were no misunderstandings (again big plus). His work was efficient and most of all neat. We feel we received good value and will definitely use them in the future.

I paid 98.00 on Angie's list for 200.00 of plumbing, I called surfin Plumbers and the woman on the phone assured me this would pay for installation of three bathroom sink faucets, removing others. So I made appt. He came today without the parts needed, it took three hours. I also had to pay additional 275.00 as they have set prices for everything in their book this should have been explained to me before the purchase. I consider this misleading to the public. I am in the process of selling my house so this was a need quick purchase.

I am not sure of the actual date of service so I guessed. Reset a toilet after a flooring change was made. We had to reschedule one time due to an accident on their end but gave me plenty of notification so I wouldn't be waiting around. After we rescheduled the appointment they came right on time and did what I asked them to do. He was very courteous and professional.

Very polite technicians came in the morning when expected and on time. Both did professional work and reported findings clearly.

Purchased the $99 for $200 in services deal. I was updating the bathroom when I found that the incoming plumbing pipes for the hot and cold water were welded directly to the existing fixture. I called on 7/11 to schedule an appointment. I think the main office location in Nashville was closed on Saturday and I ended up speaking with someone who said the Nashville office would contact me on Monday. Not 30 minutes later, I get a call from the Nashville office saying that they received a call for an "emergency job". I explained that the job wasn't an emergency and scheduled an appointment for 7/17 between 8-10am. On 7/17, I got a call a 10:46am saying they were running late and they would be there after 11am. I received another call at 11:33am saying they were 20 min away. The plumber arrived at noon. After looking at the issue, the number went to the van and came back with a price quote of over $550 with the option for a lower "club price" of over $400. I didn't even bother finding out what the club promotion was, I didn't think this job was worth more than $300, and told the plumber as much. He went to the van and came back with a lower quote of $300 (after talking with his boss), but by that point I was just done with the whole process and declined to use their services. One other note, they didn't have on file that I purchased the "$99 for $200 in services" deal and requested that I give them a printed out coupon for the deal. So be sure to print out the coupon if you want to use the deal. They did correct this as I received a call an hour later saying they did recognize that I had purchased the services deal. In the end, I just purchased a new faucet for $180 that fit onto the existing fixtures.

I purchased a $100 off $200 coupon for this company, thinking it would save me some money. The guy was late by 15 min, which is no big deal. The first thing he asks is if I have the coupon as if the coupon would make a difference in his pricing. All I need is for him to install a new flash kit in the toilet. He quoted me $273, which is the most expensive one I have ever had for a toilet repair. I have used Hiller and a few other companies before doing the exact same thig, all of them were less than $150. You can't return the coupon, do not buy coupon from them it is more like a downpayment than coupon. If you buy coupon you stuck with this company and get over charged anyway. The price is ridiculous for the amount of work done.

As soon as I purchased their Big Deal of $99 for $200 worth of plumbing services, I received a message as well as a phone call to schedule a first-visit. I initially inquired about basic plumbing services (e.g., fixing leaks, etc.), water pressure regulator valve, tankless water heater, and drainpipe upgrade. The Surfin' Plumbers sent me Tom Young, who is quite a professional and an honest plumber. Upon informing him that I am planning a major renovation for the entire house, he highly suggested to hold off on fixing the leaky fixtures and drains, and focus on what could be done in the meantime. He thoroughly assessed the house by investigating every corner of the crawl space, and provided me pricing and warranty for each of my future plumbing-related plans. Today, he ordered and installed a water pressure regulator valve on my behalf, for I had more than 90 psi coming in the home and really wanted that nipped in the bud sooner than later. In addition, Theresa and Stephanie were amazing in answering all of my questions with detail?on the phone and email. They made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. They'll hear from me again, so two thumbs and two big toes up y'all! :D
