After calling and leaving a message to schedule service, I received a prompt reply (within the hour) and was able to have the service scheduled the next day. The plumber was on time and addressed the washing machine issue by replacing the drain line. He also changed a line going from the toilet tank, where the leak was coming from. However, several days later, we noticed that there was still leakage from the toilet tank. We contacted The Surfin' Plumbers about the problem and they promptly sent out another plumber the next morning who replaced an internal component in the toilet tank at no additional cost. This resolved the problem. Overall, they were very responsive and provided excellent service.

Had to reschedule. Came on time. Bobby was very pleasant and went right to work. Explained what he was doing and what needed to repair.

unfortunately we were not able to schedule an appointment date to fix the garbage disposal, as I ended up using a different service. I contacted the company and would use the in the future if needed. Please provide a refund for this purchase.

He did a great job. He explained all options and prices. The job was done in a timely manner.

Called them to come out determine solution said they'd be there in 45 min. I was waiting an hour for them to show, never showed. Rescheduled for today, waited again they no showed again. Did not call either time. When called to find out why they didn't call the first time, they said they had an emergency to handle.

The plumber was on time, friendly, and quickly identified the problem. He fixed the leak in a prompt fashion. Would definitely use Surfin' Plumbers in the future!

Fantastic, quick, courteous and professional.

This is the second time we have used Surfin Plumbers. Everything went well just like the previous time. The office called in advance to let me know the technician was on his way about 30 minutes in advance as I requested. Andrew was on time, evaluated what needed to be done and presented me with a quote before proceeding. The work was reasonably priced and professionally done in a reasonable amount of time. Mainly I am impressed with the punctuality and the "no surprises" way they do business and recommend them highly.

I am very pleased with all aspects of the service and product. Tom was informative and professional and I will request him for any future plumbing needs.
