Tim was very nice and trustworthy. Our water pressure system wasn't working properly and he was quickly able to diagnose the problem (not the pump, just the tank). He also noticed two other problems while he was looking at the tank - someone who had installed the pipes and fittings used two incompatible metals and it was causing corrosion (which I could clearly see was happening). He also found that the direction of flow in our pipes from the tank to the filters and then to the house were flowing in the wrong direction. Simple fix, but I never would have noticed it. He had the new tank installed, new fittings on the pipes around it, and everything fixed that day.

Andrew came to the house on wed & Friday before and after new counter top installation, he quickly Disconnected the sink there fixed a toilet upstairs. On Friday be come back to install he new sink & fixed another toilet & leak, everything was done quickly and professionally. Andrew was fantastic to work with. Thank you!

Andrew came after rescheduling 3 times. He's very nice & I felt comfortable with him in my house. He showed me all the issues & gave my husband & I different options for fixing the issues. We selected to get a new hot water heater. He came back the next day & installed it without any issues. Andrew was always very polite. It went well. I was not completely satisfied with there work. They came out the very same day which was good, It was a very good deal. I did have to pay something extra after that because they came, they did some work, and it was absolutely not the problem that they had diagnosed, then they came back and did something else and that wasn't the problem either. They did a third thing and I paid for the third thing. It didn't fix the problem, that's the thing, that's why, they were super nice, you know, they were very cordial and stuff like that. I really appreciated that. It was like 160 bucks more. They were very reasonable in there pricing.
