The service was performed on the same day I made the request. The plumber was 3 hours later than originally scheduled. I was updated with this information so it was not an issue and ultimately I was very pleased they could see me on the same day I requested service. The plumber recommended we attempt to fix the issue by resealing certain pipes before tearing into the wall and seeing if there was a major issue. He informed me that this was a cheap place to start and if it didn't solve the problem we could pursue further action. Sure enough this fixed the issue! I was very pleased with his knowledge and expertise. His suggestion potentially saved me hundreds of dollars. I would absolutely use Surfin' Plumbers again and would highly recommend them to friends/family.

They never actually ever turned up. 3 appointments and no show. Teresa in the office was very very rude, putting the phone down on us numerous times and never addressing the actual problem of no shows. Most unprofessional.

I will definitely use Surfing Plumbers again all because of Tom. He was superb. He went out of his way to give me tips & pieces of advice

Provided (4) dates for service as requested, Never heard back from The Surfin' Plumbers, so I called and scheduled service. I took off of work to meet them on the scheduled date & time. At the last minute, they called and canceled. This is the second time I have had the same "identical experience" with The Surfin' Plumbers. Although disappointed, inconvenienced and out a day's pay - I was courteous, polite and professional. To date, a week later, NO call back to apologize or re-schedule!

They required a retainer of about $575 and then couldn't do the job since it involved carpentry as well as plumbing, so I got another provider, a carpenter, who did a great job. Now The Surfin' Plumbers won't refund my retainer and the owner, who is located out of town, won't even return a call or even send me an email. He refuses all contact. Just total crooks, obviously, when they are holding my retainer, won't contact me by phone or email, and they didn't do a thing for me! I am a lawyer, fortunately, and so I can sue them without having to hire a lawyer. How many Angie's List providers are so crooked that they end up in court with a customer? Unbelievable!

A - Tim gave a thorough explanation of the products & services that would be performed. Also he gave us options. He was patient and professional. When he finished his work he walked me through what he did & let me test and check. Overall, I am very pleased and I feel that found our "go to" plumber! Can not answer as I did not compare although we did receive discounts!

Tom found a leak in our wall that other plumbers were unable to locate. He replaced our kitchen faucet & a rusted part underneath for a very reasonable price. He was very friendly and professional.

Made appt last Friday to come a week later : at 4:30 called on Thursday to conform appt time to move up to 4:10 they said they will do that – I made this appt a week in Nov 5-6 hrs later the job didn't take much more then service to complete – however the gentleman that did the service was was that a gentleman professional.

I cannot comment on the quality of service from an actual plumber because I could not get past the horrible customer service over the phone. Having already rescheduled my week, I explained that I was unavailable for the rest of the week and was told there was nothing she could do about it. She was so completely unhelpful and frankly rude. I persisted that their customer service had already failed when they neglected to call me to schedule an appointment but again received a defensive reply saying "John at Angie's List told me we don't have to call the customers to schedule service." I explained AGAIN that Angie's List says differently but that I had also forwarded the confirmation email with my phone number and a message to call me to arrange service. The call deteriorated and she remained defensive. I shared that I would be posted a negative review immediately and requesting a full refund. Please note that my review is based solely on my interactions with this one young woman but frankly if they can't get their first point of contact right, I don't want to know about the quality of their plumbing services. Generally, you only get one chance to make a first impression but I gave her two. She failed both times.

Triome got caught in traffic and was a little late but he was very kind and help me to set my control to help keep my home cool.

Tom got last! Robby was professional, thorough and, I thought, did a great job.

They came out 1/16 and did one of the check ups and stated everything was in good working condition.? On July 9, 2016 my air conditioning quit working and feeling good that I was a member and wouldn't have to wait I called to arrange for someone to come out and fix it.? The VERY?FIRST THING I WAS TOLD was that it would be at least until Monday before they could get to me as they only have ONE service tech on call for the whole city of Nashville and surrounding areas.? I explained I was a member and the contract I had in front of me stated I would be prioritized but was told it didn't matter, they didn't have enough employees.? I told them to IMMEDIATELY cancel my membership as it appears they can take my money out of my checking account every month but are not providing what I pay for.? DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!!!? It's just a way to get your money every month and give you nothing in return.? I can call any heating and air service and be told I have to wait until Monday and save my $16.50 a month and use it for another provider since I'm being treated like anyone else anyway.? I've read other reviews about how much more expensive they are so I'm sure "someone at the top" is making a tremendous salary that I helped pay for.? They want your money but don't want to hire the people needed to live up to their end of the contract.? Have no idea what kind of work they do, just know they are just another money hungry selfish uncaring company.

Knock on the door, put carpet protectors on. Ask what was going on teun air on and dig repair went over option had to get it running and I got to have air.

They were great! Tom did a wonderful job and was is knowledgeable.
