Description of Work: I was disappointed with the service. I had expected a steam cleaning company. It was simply a guy that came in with a carpet cleaner similar to what you could rent at a hardware store. Within a few days after cleaning, the carpets didn't look any better then they were before cleaning them.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and 2 couches. Couches did not come clean and still had orginal smell. Carpet seems clean however one wood chair did bleed onto carpet. I was told that would not happen.

It dried good and there were no chemicals involved. I think that they are a great company. I have already recommended him. I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreAfter some initial problems with arrival time, Ben arrived very quickly and worked effeciently and thoroughly. I had purchased the Big Deal which was 4 rooms and hall, but decided to ask him to also do the other rooms and stairs. He did that willingly for what I thought was a reasonable additional price. I was impressed by the equipment and process and feel that the carpets are completely clean. I have a dog and had a few stains which were completely removed. My only comment about the service was that the carpet did not dry in 1 hour as advertised. It was still damp after 3 hours so that required some decisions about where I and my dog should be. I will definitely recommend this service to friends.

+ -1 moreWhat a wonderful experience! I got a coupon in the mail and thought I would give them a try. The gentleman was friendly and arrived on time, despite inclimate weather. He was very respectful and worked quickly. He cleaned 3 bedrooms, a hallway, stairs and 3 large downstairs rooms in an hour. We are pleased with the results and love that we don't have to worry about chemicals that would harm our pets or kids. I will definitely use them again.
