The worst job & experience ever! The cleaning solution was thrown all over the furniture & wallabout 8-10 inches high. There was so much cleaning solution, it left the carpet harse & stiff. They did no vacuuming before putting down solution. The carpet where it touched the wall was left black. The owner refunded 100% of cost.

I am surprised that Oxi Fresh has such high reviews. I had the carpets in my whole town home cleaned and was very disappointed. They do not vacuum first - the man stated that the spray they use would "eat any organic substance" - it did not. In total, the one carpet cleaner was there for one hour (for 1600 sq ft of carpet) and was not thorough at all. I asked that special attention be placed on the high traffic living room, but it was the last room he cleaned and was rushed. The bedrooms were fine, but the carpets in busy areas that actually needed cleaning looked and felt no cleaner than when I vacuum every week. I contacted the office and got a quick and polite response, which I appreciated. They sent out the same man again, but this time with their "extra powerful" spray. It worked marginally better. I ended up renting a carpet cleaning machine from the grocery store for the high traffic area - it took care of the stains on the first pass. I will only go with steam cleaning from now on.

Would not move ANYTHING that required more than 1 hand to lift - not the chair ottoman - floor lamp NOTHING. He said that was too much of a liability - So I had to move all the little items - left about 2 inches away from everything else that was not cleaned because that is as close as the machine would allow. Worker came in with dirty work boots looked like he used on a farm did not put any booties on nor offer to take off - I commented on it and he said no one ever complains. - basic stains were not removed - had a HORRIBLE stiff feeling in the carpets - they came out a 2nd time NO BETTER - he said the stains were just too bad - used a friends small Bissell - ALL the stains but 1 came up and no more stiff feeling on my carpets. WASTED $400 - called back to company to complain a 2nd time - no return phone calls!!!!!!!!!!!

I had several pet stains. Some of them were removed and some were not. The carpets did not smell clean and fresh when done. I asked the man how long it would take for the carpets to dry and he said about an hour. It took 3 days.

Cleaned three rooms and a hallway, and then added a room and two stairways. Great work; great price. Highly recommended.

Ben Graves, tech, arrived at the time that was scheduled. He took a walk through of what I needed done. My Angie's List deal was for $149 for 4 rooms and a hall way. I needed some other areas cleaned and he gave the price for these additional areas. He was careful about putting small furniture up and lifting drapes so that things were out of the way for cleaning. There were not bulky machines or hoses in my house. He completed the rooms in 1 1/2 hours. The carpets were damp but they dried within 1-2 hours. The carpets look great and the house smells wonderful.

We had a little trouble scheduling through the Angie's list email. I called the number from their webstie but it appears to be a national service and had difficulty contacting the local provider. Once we did get it scheduled, they showed up on time and did a great job. I've never had a house with carpets so this was my first experience with carpet cleaners. We would use them again,

He wore athletic shoes and did not put covers on his shoes when he entered the house. His shoes became damp from cleaning the carpets and the athletic shoes left tracks covering the tile floors.

We are very pleased with the company and the work performed. The technician called to say he was on his way and completed the job within an hour. He took the time to explain the different functions between the odor destroyer and water based protectant. While two of the rooms were basic traffic cleaning areas, we had some serious pet issues in 2 of the rooms. He pretreated and even went over the bad area a second time and the stains and odor are gone!! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a stain from our dogs laying in the same spot on our white carpet & Oxi Clean got the stains out & made the carpeting practically look brand new! We were able to schedule quickly & the pricing was on target.

The cleaner arrived on time, cleaned the carpets quickly and efficiently. I couldn't use my Angie's list discount because I hadn't mentioned it when I scheduled the appointment on line. You might want to be sure to schedule by phone and mention the discount.

This was my second time using them. They did a great job both times.

It turned out fine. They were very meticulous, and when I realized that they were actually going through with a small brush to remove pet hair that you didn’t necessarily see, I was very impressed.

The carpets looked good and dried quickly. The stairs which were worn looked the best they ever have.

She was very professional and gave me some tips on maintaining the carpet. She showed concerned with my furniture and made an effort to protect it from the process.

Ben arrived when promised, and my carpets look great! Small items of furniture were moved, larger pieces were left in place and he worked around them, which I knew would be the case from the provider's description of services. My carpets look great, and the process Oxi Fresh uses does not soak the carpeting, so it dried quickly, which is a big plus! I will definitely use them again.

Had to call in to see why the tech was late. Was put on hold and then told the tech would be giving me a call right away. 45 minutes later I get a call form the tech (who sounded like she just woke up... at 5pm...) saying she just totally overlooked the appointment on the schedule. Tried to schedule for the next day but I refused.

Fantastic! The owner of the franchise did the work himself. He moved the furniture that needed to be moved & took extra time on the spots on the carpet. The carpet looked great when he completed & still looks great. The spots did not come back.
