Description of Work: Kate helped me find the perfect carpet for our needs (healthy, low VOC) and within our budget. She worked with me to schedule the installation around some other home repairs and travel. Jeff did a great job with the install, removed a lot of moldy tack strips, modified the installation to allow a future structural change to a wall, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done.

Description of Work: I had done research beforehand on best type of carpet and pad to put into a basement area, went to their showroom on Saturday and the sales person didn't try to steer me to higher priced carpets than what I was looking for. She (Joan) showed us several samples and price comparisons and we picked it out pretty quickly, a few days later she came by the house to measure and give me the final estimate which was very reasonable. Two weeks later the carpet and pad (upgraded like I asked for) arrived and two installers came out and put everything down. The installers were quick and professional and got it all down in a few hours. I am very pleased with their work and would refer my friends there.

Description of Work: Installed commercial grade carpeting in my finished basement and on the stairs . This is the same company that installed carpeting in the whole house in 1989 with a high quality grade carpet throughout the entire house and commercial downstairs. The carpet originally installed throughout the entire house was all in very good condition. The downstairs suffered severe water damage from a faulty dehumidifier is reason for replacement. In the very near future the upstairs will (main living area) will be recarpetted as I am tired of the color scheme. The sales rep was efficient in every aspect of bringing adequate samples, pricing, and scheduling. He worked around my work schedule which I appreciated. The installation tech was right on time. He did an excellent job especially with the bathroom area which is rather tricky. The pricing was not much different than it was in 1989. They offer a full line of all the best name brands of carpeting and wood tiling. Great selection with much to choose from. Will definitely use again within the next few mths and would recommend to friends and family. I have no "cons" to add. TY Nashville Carpet Center!
