Music City Maid Service

There was no additional charge besides the $49 big deal. There was no unaccepted issue with their service. I just don’t like the carpet really wet after it was cleaned. The carpet they did was a little dump than I prefer. But they did a nice job in cleaning the carpet and they did what I asked them to do. But I just don’t prefer my carpet to be dump after the cleaning. It was more of my preference rather than the job they did.

Bravo to Jessica and Pam of Music City Maid Service - they were friendly and warm and very efficient cleaners too. I couldn't be happier and think they did a great job!

First of all they were suppose to come at 1pm or call if late. My husband called the company at 1:30 when he didn't hear from them. They then had the cleaners call and said they were running at least an hour and a half late . They showed up at 3. There were 2 persons and they spent 2 hours. They in no way did a deep cleaning. They actually did a decent job on basic cleaning, floors look good. The fans were dusted but needed wiping with a cloth. They didn't dust our computer desk. My chest of drawers was dusted in the front but nothing was moved so dust in back. Stove not cleaned very well . Front of microwave was not cleaned at all. Top of refrigerator not cleaned. I have someone who cleans on a regular basis but when I am promised deep cleaning for over twice what I pay I expect everything to be done and really thought would get 5 or 6 hours from them. It came to $45.00 an hour. The window sills hould be wiped down with a deep cleaning and they dusted. Dusted is regular cleaning.

It went well. After cleaning our home ourselves, we wanted to try a housecleaning service. We utilized the deal from the service provider. We would definitely use them again.

Overall, a pretty good job. The staff was pleasant and did ask before they left if we saw anything they needed to touch up - of course we didn't notice anything until later that afternoon! They could have used a bit more elbow grease in the showers, tubs & toilets, but everything got clean-er. They didn't do a great job on the hardwood floors - some easily moved items weren't & still had dust underneath + dirty 'spots' weren't removed - we ended up mopping (they wet Swiffered) the floors the next day to get them clean. But it had been a few years since we'd hired professional cleaners, so they did do a fair bit of work. And the place looked much better after they left. so all in all we were pleased.

Jessica, Allie and Christie did a great job! They arrived early and went above and beyond to clean everything thoroughly and quickly. They also made sure I knew about anything that might have been a trouble spot. I would definitely recommend using this company and these employees to do your cleaning!

Taylor and Tabitha were amazing, and Music City Maid Service will have my future business because of these 2 young women. They called to let me know when to expect them (which was exactly as scheduled), and arrived on time and ready to work. Since this was their first time to clean my house, they asked to clarify exactly what I expected and communicated their system (spraying the ovens so the cleaner could be working while they cleaned the upstairs, etc). They did a fantastic job and were very attentive to details. While they didn't rush through (even though they had another house to clean after mine), they were efficient and stayed on task.They were great about asking if things were satisfactory (like the ovens), which showed me that they take pride in doing a good job and understand what it means to provide good customer service. I purchased the deep clean because I wanted to try a service before choosing one to use on a regular basis, and I will be calling MCMS to schedule regular cleaning service- but only if they can guarantee that Taylor and Tabitha will return! I'm very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. They represent themselves and their company exceptionally well.

Tammy, Beth and Samantha were prompt and did an excellent job cleaning the entire house including appliances, baseboards, etc. I was happy with the service and would definitely use them again in the future.

I'm pretty happy with their service. I'm clean freak and pretty picky. The girls seem very nice. I'm going to continue to use them. I wish I could justify every week in my budget!

Great communication. Prompt and very friendly. I like that the cleaners did not have a fragrance or harsh chemical smell. They did a great, thorough, job.

I felt cheated. They came out to do the job, but they did not do much at all for me. Terrible job overall.

It went beautifully. Two young women, Jessica and Jaycie, were punctual and upon arrival worked virtually non -stop for the next 3+ hours. They were very polite and obviously knew what they were doing. They did an excellent job of cleaning, polishing, vacuuming, removing cobwebs, cleaning baseboards, etc. When they finished, I felt that my home was spotless. Would I use this company again? Most definitely! Would I recommend the company to someone else? Absolutely! I would also request that Jessica and Jaycie come again.

I would recommend Music City Maids to anyone! This is the 1st time I have ever hired someone to come and clean my home. Jessica and Heaven called me and told me when they would be arriving. These ladies did a super job in my house!! They were kind, professional, never stopped cleaning, and absolutely made my Christmas complete. Heaven worked on my bathroom for quite awhile (Thank God). I am not well and over time it just got away from me.(not just the bath but the whole house.) They offered to clean anything. I am not sure but I think Jessica was training Heaven or just maybe she was in charge. That poor Heaven worked so h****** the bathroom. She scrubbed the floor and walls and my tub and tile have not ever been so shiny and clean!! Even a flower arrangement with a good 1" of dust looks almost new again. When I got in my shower this morning I could not believe it was the same tub! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for scrubbing and dusting, vacuuming, and mopping everything including my walls, baseboards, stove, Fridge and too many more to tell. You will have to hire them to find out how wonderful it is for yourself. I will keep calling them anytime I can.Thank you very much to my Angels.

Everything looks great. Both Tammy and Beth did a very detailed job. They both new what they were doing and, got the job done in a timely manner. Everything looks and smells great. Would not hesitate having them both back again . They were very quiet and never stopped working.

Disappointed this was a deep clean, but many things were left dirty. Oven had smears across the front Glass stovetop was not cleaned properly Dust (lots) on built in cabinet shelves Refrigerator also had smears on front Was hoping to find a bi-weekly cleaning service, but this is not the one.

THE GIRLS WERE SWEET AND ON TIME. They just missed some blinds, a ceiling fan and some light switches. I think the things they did not miss were cleaner than they ever were. Bathrooms were blindingly bright.

I'm kind of reluctant about that. They came and when I came home, I had a big spot, something like oil on my carpet, so I called them and he was very nice and sent somebody out to clean it and try to get it off. They did get some of it up but didn't get it all off, and I finally just dropped it. I think it's probably a good company but I wouldn't use them again.

It could not have gone better. The company sent two wonderful young women, Tammy and Beth. They did a really great job, and I was super happy. My housekeeper of a very long time moved out-of-state about three years ago, and I had been trying different people/services since then, without success in regard to wanting to set up a permanent arrangement. That changed yesterday. Tammy and Beth are were so personable, and their work was superb. They were punctual, and they worked the entire time they were here. I have already made arranagements with the company for the two of them to come to my place on a designated day every month from now on!

We really needed to get back to having the house cleaned and Elise and Beck did a great job. They really worked hard and got things back in shape. We have now signed up for a monthly service so we can keep the house clean!

Tammy and her crew have been to my house twice. I have the house cleaned by the service every other week. The "Magic Eraser" touch on the doors is great! White doors, grimey fingerprints. They are gone. Worked on the tile in the shower, poor thing. She was determined to clean that grout, and so she did. The kitchen was great; the bathrooms wonderful. I am so glad Tammy is helping me keep up with this monster of a house. I recommend Music City Maids and Tammy especially. Thank you

Since the deal was for stone cleaning and sealing, I expected the service to include cleaning and sealing my granite countertops. It wasn't until the service person arrived that I realized the desired service was not provided by this company. The service person was courteous but it's not the service i thought I was purchasing.

The technician that came out was very friendly, came out on time and called ahead. I was disappointed in the actual results of the carpet cleaning. I asked the technician about a specific area that had a traffic pattern to it and did not look different after the cleaning. He said there was a lot in that area and that’s why it didn’t looked clean. I had another company come out to clean that area and they cleaned it just fine.
