Music City Maid Service

I love working with Music City Maids because they will work with you based on your needs. They are professional, HIGHLY communicative and their cleaning teams are friendly and courteous. I have used Music City Maids as my go-to for home cleaning since approximately 2012. My one B rating comes with turn over in staff and occasional inconsistency. But, if you are looking for value and reliability - don't hesitate to call them.

We've had Music City Maids clean our house every other week for almost 2 years. They started out great. The deep clean went well and we hired for regular service. For over a year we had the same 2-3 ladies come and they were consistent and efficient. They didn't always come at the planned time, but my husband works at home on that day, so it didn't really matter. However, over the past 6 months or so it seems it is different people every time. They never seem to clean the hardwood correctly - either leaving it sopping wet that it will ruin the wood, or not washing off the soap and leaving it sticky. Also, they just seem to wipe the surfaces - not underneath the toilet bowl rims, or really scrub the shower grout grim build-up, - the things that really matter! It takes 2 seconds to wipe down a counter, I pay to have someone really clean! I've called a few times and they have always offered to come back and re-do - but it's a hassle for us to reschedule and I shouldn't have to do that. It would be ok if it happened just once or twice, but the poor quality is now recurring. I'm sad that their quality has really declined - time to look for another company,

The pricing was fair. We paid them by the hour.

The women were prompt and enthusiastic. They did an excellent job, and I felt that the areas that they cleaned were as expected. I would have an A here, except there were a couple of bleach stains on the wall paint...otherwise I was very pleased. I was especially pleased with the kitchen cabinets. [The service date I give here is approximate.]

It was a $99 special on Angie's List and then it was $169 when they came back. I've had them out 3 times. The first and second time they were good. The third time they were terrible. Maybe I would use them again. I actually called and complained about the last time that they cleaned and he gave me some money off. I used another company in the meantime and they're just so much better. I probably wouldn't use them again.

They did an incredibly poor job. The first crew did not clean anything above their heads. I complained and they sent another crew. This crew only cleaned what was above their heads and let the dust and dirt fall down onto the other areas that were cleaned the day before. The second crew was overheard talking about the first crew in a negative way. Finally the floor that was left "clean" was sticky and gross and I had to mop it myself before my guests arrived. I would not hire them to clean my dog's house. I may never hire a professional cleaner again, I feel so ripped off.

I have used them twice. The first time was very good and I was very pleased with the work. The second time was not good. There were items not dusted, the kitchen floor still had spots on it that I got up easily and the bathrooms were not cleaned well. I was disappointed. I would use again only if I they sent the ladies I had the first time.

The women who came were prompt, enthusiastic about their work and professional. They got right to it and I was pleased with the results. I would hire them again. We don't use housecleaners much, but these were excellent. I especially like that since they sent a three-person team, they were quite efficient, and it took less time as a result. I should add that we bought a session with them on an Angie's List special deal: a good choice for us!

It was a special deal that they had. It was a special Angie’s List coupon. They did fine. They did a good job and did what they said that they would do when they said they would do it. They were really responsive. I called them and they called me back within a reasonable period of time. They showed up and did the work, like, the next day or two days. It was all over and done in a very short period of time.

We purchased the "deal" of 4 man hours (2 people for 2 hours) and 3 rooms of carpet. I made a list of priorities. Kitchen and bathrooms. The cleaners were supposed to work for 2 hours and then the carpet cleaning person was to show up. Instead all arrived at the same time. The cleaners worked quickly upstairs in the bathrooms so that the carpets upstairs could be cleaned. We have not even been upstairs to see the bathrooms yet. But the carpet does not appear to have been cleaned professionally. We had our carpets cleaned 5 months ago and they looked brand new. There are still stains in areas. The kitchen sink had noodles in it. The range was not cleaned at all. Grossly disappointed. This was supposed to be a tester to see if we were going to keep using them. Fail.

It went very well, but it has been over a year ago. They were very good.

We were not very happy with how they performed. I wouldn't recommend them.

They damaged some property of mine. The maid took the mailbox and handed over the money but the owner of the company took care of it and he was nice. I paid to get it fixed it and he gave me service instead of cash which was fine.

It went okay. It was an okay experience it wasn't great I wont bother use them again. I had to have them come back and redo a number of hings so then their visit didn't really lit up their expectations.

It was fine, everything was fine. I do not recall any dissatisfaction.

It wasn't a good experience and they had to come back to my house a second time and for the price and for the presentation of it being a deep clean even on the second try it did not accomplished what was represented well they send inexperience young ladies who were not skilled in cleaning houses spent only two hours in my home and I paid for a deep clean and they didn't even do surface cleaning it was horrible I called and complained and they sent another team back the next day and but even still I have a single person that specifically clean my house but unfortunately she was unavailable do it that month and she alone can clean my house better than the two team of two that they sent out here. I work and I have you know a hired help to help out but I could clean a house better than what they did didn't dust didn't do floors didn't do mirrors didn't do any of the glass and I mean this was suppose to be a deep clean even and it was so far so to be a below standard even on the second try. At least they tried to make it right but it wasn't right and I was certainly not going to call them to come out a third time and try to explain to a cleaning company what clean meant.

The ladies who came out did a fantastic job. They were easy to schedule with, prompt and thorough. We have 3 dogs and they were able to work around them. I happened to be home when they were cleaning, which can be uncomfortable, and I never felt in the way or uncomfortable. They impressed me enough that I'm looking forward to monthly services going forward.

The team did a great job. They had to deal with a lot of dog fur and clutter. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They missed the kitchen lines and had I realized it before they left, I am certain they would have fixed it. In fact, had I called after the fact I believe they would have come back to make it right. I have scheduled recurring cleaning services with them and am looking forward to their next visit

They did an amazing job, especially considering there were still unopened and half unpacked boxes everywhere.

The carpet had been thoroughly vacuumed a day prior, but there had been a husky sleeping on that floor for three years. It looked passable at a glance, which was all I had time for as I was leaving town right after the cleaning. When the tenant moved in, she noted there was still dog hair on the carpet. Music City Maids were quick to come back and clean the carpets to the tenant's satisfaction.

Fantastic! Our bathrooms were spotless. They may have even been cleaner than when we moved in originally! I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I thought it went very well. The ladies were very nice and worked really **** ** the mess in my home. I thought the company would conduct a follow-up and discuss bi-weekly cleaning with me. However, they did not and have not responded to my email to follow up. I'm not sure what happened but I thought they would respond. There were a couple of things that I also wanted to discuss but I assume there's no interest.
