Overall it went well. There were a couple of things we had to discuss mid-clean, but overall it was a great experience

My place was a complete mess. They sent over a team of two. I had purchased the coupon for 4 hours service at a discounted rate, but I knew it was going to take longer. The pre-service call was nice, and they explained exactly how the billing would work and what the expectations should be. (My home had not been 'clean' for about four years) The day of service the staff called to let me know they were on the way. The whole job took about three and a half hours, and they were giving it 110% the entire time. I even got some tips on how to treat some heavy stains. Super pleased with the service, the two ladies really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service. If I was staying in the area I would hire them regularly.

The Music City Maids did a fantastic job at my house. The came right on time, had everything they needed with them, asked what I'd like to for them to focus on, and got a lot done in the two hours I'd contracted for. I highly recommend them.

My brother and I bought the deal offered by this company through Angies List for our father. He has a disability and was having a difficult time keeping his home clean. The service was prompt and professional. They worked hard and were respectful of my father and his situation.

The staff are very professional while in the house and the company provides a nice reminder telephone call the day before your service. However, the quality of service is hit or miss. I had cobwebs developing around my bar stools in the kitchen, around my doors, and around my baseboards on a regular basis because they don't really pay attention to the details. I also experienced pink rings in my toilet soon after their service because they don't adequately clean. They are also a bit clumsy around the house and broke things several times. While they are willing to replace or pay to fix broken items, the hassle of having to order new items, have someone install them, etc, is quite frustrating. I fired them after they broke the glass on a piece of my artwork and scratched the print. I would not hire them again, and I would not recommend them to a friend.

By all means, DO HIRE these folks! The only trouble i am having with this review is that the "overall rating" does not allow me to give this company A+++!! Wow. I have availed myself of a couple of Angie's "big deals," and this one is truly a big deal. From my first contact with Hope to book my appointment, this was a simply spectacular experience! Because i travel a lot, i had to put off my appointment to get this done, despite the fact that Hope called me merely TWO DAYS after i paid for the deal to book me! This is nothing short of exceptional follow up. I myself work as a Distric Manager for a service oriented company, and i am uniquely qualified to say what outstanding service i received right down the line. After much delay on my part, today was cleaning day. When i arrived home after work, Scott and Kaye had finished and my place was beautiful! Well....it's a "funky cottage" but to ME their work was beautiful...and i thank them very very much. If they had ONLY vacuumed and dusted as well as they did, the offer would have been worth it! And what is more, they had left me a short yet complete note, detailing what they had done during their hours here. Again, when i hire the 55 people i hire seasonably, i crave people who are this professional, this courteous, and this dedicated doing a job right. I have not a single reservation in telling all of you on Angie's List to HIRE these folks. I hope to either hire them on a regular basis, or at least whenever i have houseguests staying with me........if you do this, you will not be disappointed. Thanks to these nice folks, i am sitting in a cozy clean house tonight, after a fantastic job from Scott, Kaye, and the Music City Maid Service and Carpet Cleaning.

They put everything back in its place, was very professional , and if I had to rate them I would give them a 100% for the time they were here. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The price was really good, but I won't have them back. I shouldn't have to tell them the basics of what to do for cleaning. She never cleaned the oven after mentioning it twice to her. The machine that they use to wash your stairs did not turn out very well. They were very friendly and fast workers; It just wasn't quite what I expected and not very thorough.

They were very professional. I gave them a list and they were able to complete it.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list that was $75 for four hours of cleaning. We were needing a deep clean done before moving into our new house. Scheduling was such a hassle. The date was changed a couple times and when they finally did come we were out of town and couldn't even tell a cleaning had been done when we got home. The drawers and cabinets had not been cleaned out at all which we desperately needed done BEFORE our stuff arrived. After calling while very upset and asking for my money back I was told the no one had come over yet and would come the next day. Someone came over the very next day to finish the cleaning the original crew did not do. There was a crew at our house the previous day so I'm not sure why the owner did not know someone had already been there and/or why they did not do all of the work in the first place. Overall the cleaning was good but not great. The price we would have to pay for every other week cleaning was way out of our budget. This was our first experience with Angie's list and with all the good reviews we had high hopes of this company and were very disappointed. After all the trouble it ended up being a good deal because we did get to use our coupon.

First of all they arrived 1 1/2 hrs late..which wasn't the workers' fault. Music City Maids Service didn't seem to care that I waited for their workers for this long. A woman named Hope was in charge of scheduling and consistently makes appts to close together causing the maids to run late. Plus their deal was DECEIVING! it was $75 for 4 hrs. Well the send 2 people and only work for 2 hrs...2 people @ 2 hrs each equals the 4 hrs so this causes them to RUSH their cleaning to get finished in 2 hrs. This is Bull****. The should have said this from the beginning. I don't feel that Hope delivered the best customer service to me especially when they were 1 1/2 hrs late for an appt i made a month ago...then having the nerve to laugh at me on the phone when i asked if they were coming to clean. Truly a disappointment and I will NEVER use them again! Poor customer service and lack of respect and consideration for my time and business. The maids did a great job...but at the home office...truly sucked. Will not recommend again.

The crew called about 20 minutes and informed us that they would arrive on time. About10 minutes later the office called and stated that there had been an emergency and that another crew would come as soon as they finished a job they were on. This crew called in about 60 minutes to inform that they were on their way. When they arrived they introduced themselves and asked to see the areas to be cleaned. There were 3 in the crew. They quickly organized them selves and got to work. They worked steadily and efficiently until done. There was no loafing.

I purchased 4 hrs of maid service at a discounted rate from the Angie's Deals emails I receive. I was able to schedule a cleaning the same day I called. They sent 2 house-cleaners (2 hrs per house cleaner) for the job. They arrived at my house early and got straight to work after we discussed what I wanted done. They even finished a little early, so they even wiped down the stairs though I didn't ask them to do that.

We purchased an Angie's list coupon for 4 hours of cleaning service. When I called to schedule, they informed me that my area wasn't covered in the Coupon, but that they regularly-serviced it. How does THAT work? At any rate, the condo was in the Davidson county area, so they scheduled the appointment. When the appointment time came and went, I called the phone number listed and was told they were running a few minutes behind. No big deal, I'm cleaning other stuff in the condo. 15 minutes later I get a call from one of the cleaners telling me their GPS can't find the address. No one has ever said this before. Ever. 15 minutes later they're still not there, so I call the main number again. More excuses, they're on the way. They finally showed an hour after the original appointment time. I find out there are two of them and they will clean for 2 hours, times 2 people = 4 hours of work. OK, not in the details they gave me but cleaning is cleaning. I show them where I want them to start and away they go. There were two workers, one of which had been doing this for many years and was efficient and polite and did a great job. The other had only been doing it a short time and let's just say that her definition of "clean" and mine are two different things. Repeating cleaning areas wasted some time with this person. At the end of the time they weren't quite done, so I bought another "hour" (which was really 30 minutes each), and finished up a few items. I was also told they wouldn't do the outside of windows. I wanted them to clean the windows on the BACK PORCH DOOR. This is a door, not a window. They still wouldn't do it, so in the end we had to (and my fiancee' hates doing windows on doors). All in all, the bathrooms, fridge, and oven got cleaned acceptably well, the service was worth the price from the Coupon, but I'm not certain I would utilize them again at full-price. Would have to specify who is coming to clean, as I don't want to pay for the inefficient girl again and they need to clean windows that are accessible from back porches, especially that are part of a door.

Arrived on time with three cleaners. Kept very busy during the time they were there and did a good job.

Music City responded promptly to my request for service. They showed up reasonably on time and performed a thorough job. I will continue to use them.

I used Music City Maid Service when I moved into my new rental home. I needed, not only a first clean on the home but sweeping out the garage, and a cleaning of the refrigerator and freezer that were left in the garage from the home owner. The homeowner had the property cleaned after she moved out, but moving brings dirt right back into the home. They had no problem helping me with all of this at a very good fee. They did an excellent cleaning job. The team manager that came out with them worked and supervised the entire job. I was very pleased and plan on using them again after we get settled in from moving.

The lady in the office was very nice and easy to work with. They came in the morning to clean my house and the afternoon to clean the carpets. The lady's that cleaned my house did a thorough job and did exactly what I asked them to do. They were well mannered and personable and very good at what they did. Now for the best part, my carpets were horribly dirty because I had not had them cleaned for years and have two big dogs (I'm embarrassed to say this, but it's true). The young man did a walk through with me and pointed out a couple areas he said may not come clean. He then asked if I wanted a couple extra services (Scotchgaurd, sanitizer and upholstery cleaning) for which I did not use. There were no high pressure sales, he just simple asked if I wanted them. My carpets came out GREAT, he even got out the stains he wasn't sure would come up... I was shocked at the good job he did. It did take him a little longer than I expected but I think that's because he was intent on getting my carpets as clean as possible so I didn't mind so much. The other thing I liked a LOT about this company is that the prices they quoted were what I ended up paying. No bait and switch and no BS about higher prices if I wanted a good job. They quoted me a fair price and did a great job all around. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

My initial experience with Music City Maids was very disappointing. I am a landlord and had an empty condo to be cleaned prior to a new tenant moving in and was not able to be there for the cleaning. I left a lock box with the key and assumed that they would do a professional job cleaning the unit. Unfortunately, the service was below expectations. The hardwoods were left streaky and greasy and many items on my cleaning list were overlooked. They did do a good job on the refrigerator and microwave though. I didn't find the lackluster job until after hours on Friday and cleaned the unit myself. I spoke to the owner on Monday and found him to be very empathetic, concerned and apologetic. He quickly provided a full refund, offered his heartfelt apology and said to call (even after hours) should anything like this ever happen again. I was very impressed by his customer service and the fact that he lived up to his satisfaction guarantee. While I was initially disappointed, I would give them a second chance now that I know there is strong management behind the company.

Appointment was made at a time to my satisfaction. The two people - (Rachel and Micahel) arrive on time - asked for a tour of what they were to perform in which areas and they worked for 3.5 hours the first visits and then 2.5 each of the next two visits with excellent results. They even cleaned the windows! There was a ladder out and Michael asked if he could go up and clean the fan blades which were hung from a cathedral ceiling. They were a delight
