The servicer arrived on time as scheduled, was very professional, and did a great job. The carpets don't look new necessarily, but look a lot better than they did before the cleaning! I would use them again.

The provider was punctual, friendly, and gave great advice.

It went well! There was a scheduling mishap as I thought they were scheduled to come one day, and had to call. Apparently I didn't make it on the schedule. They were able to fit me in the next week, though. The two ladies that came over were very nice. They cleaned my oven and all the appliances in the kitchen, dusted everywhere, and vacuumed and mopped the hardwood floors. There were a few corners that were missed, but all in all, a great job.

Scheduled arrival 8:30 to 9:00; actual arrival shortly before 9:30--explained that person he was to meet at the office at 8:00 did not arrive until 9:00. Apart from this, efficient and excellent work as well as friendly and professional.

They were thorough and fast-working without cutting corners, and they were incredibly polite. We felt like their price quote was reasonable. If only they had mopped our kitchen floor instead of vacuuming it, it would have been a perfect service! We will definitely use them again.

It was freezing! Technician was on time, professional, and thorough. To say that the family room in particular had seen better days is an understatement! They exquisitely cleaned carpets that have five people, two cats, and a dog daily drudge the outside (and sometimes the kitchen) all over it. They are our only choice for carpet cleaning in the future!

The last time I tried to schedule a "move out cleaning" the people that the service sent out just never showed up, and I was stuck doing it by myself - so I was VERY worried about selecting the right company this time!!! Luckily, I chose Music City Maid Service. EVERYONE I dealt with was courteous and professional throughout the whole process, and the crew did an excellent job cleaning the house. I will certainly use this service again - and I plan to! - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Response was almost immediate and an appointment was promptly scheduled. We had to reschedule because of a death in the family. Tim was gracious and accommodating in making the change. Greg arrived on time and immediately went to work. He was patient with my questions as he methodically went room to room. Technically he cleaned more rooms than the Big Deal called for, but he did not charge us more. I think our overall square footage cleaned was probably within the Big Deal's parameters. Our carpet is old, and so we knew a cleaning, no matter how good it was, would not fix its problems. However, Greg worked h****** the worst areas, and the result was better than we had hoped for. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The team at Music City Maids is great. I own a small condo and need cleaning services sometimes 3 times a week. They are always punctual and I get a reminder call the day before. Sometimes I need a cleaning on very short notice and they always come thru. All I do is send an email with the dates I need cleaning and within a few hours I receive a confirmation letting me know they will be there. I am not present while the cleaning is being done but i always stop in after and the condo looks great. They are efficient and i have no complaints with the service. When I have questions or need to make a change Tim is very easy to get in touch with and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

I was very pleased with the service we received. I called to schedule the cleaning and we were able to have them cleaned the next day because of a cancellation. Greg arrived on time, started right to work and finished in about 2 hours. We just purchased our home and the carpets need to be replaced. We have not yet made a decision on the new flooring so we wanted to have the carpets cleaned while we are deciding what to replace them with. They looked so much better after they were cleaned. Greg was even able to remove many of the stains on the carpet that I didn't think would come out. I feel like I can actually wait for a while to replace them! Great job, very professional, and I highly recommend them.

They arrived on time and with double the tram, so they spent half the time..which was fine. They completed all cleaning very well.

The owner was very nice on the phone. They did a great job upstairs while I was monitoring them, but they missed several areas downstairs. They didn’t clean the baseboards, or wipe down the counters, and they missed the pantry completely.

Things went great. Elisa & Lindsey were perfectly on time. They were great with my dogs. I left them to it and came home to a great clean house. I am definitely using them again!

The price wouldn't have been bad if the service was good. I was beyond unimpressed with the service. It's actually made me shy away from using Angie's List. They were lax in setting an actual appointment. They were very late showing up for the appointment - my husband almost missed his appointment waiting for them. When they did show up they "cleaned" the bathrooms and left - they were there just under an hour. I paid for 4 service hours of cleaning! I know they send out multiple cleaners so it's done quicker than 4 hours, but I expected 2 cleaners with 2 hours of cleaning service which should have given me a basic clean on the house. They didn't even sweep or mop the floors! Horribly, horribly disappointed. I have since signed up for a bi-weekly cleaning with another company not through Angie's List.

Tim and his staff were very prompt in responding to us, booked our date for service, were at our house on time, and immediately went to work. Our carpets were cleaned by Tim's carpet cleaning crew, and his house cleaning staff immediately got started overhauling our new home. All of the people with Music City Maid Service were professional, yet personable! We have booked regular bi-weekly cleaning with them, because we were so pleased with the job they did! We highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs a cleaning service!
