Very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. Inside of microwave not cleaned in any way, hardwood floors may have been dusted and shined but not cleaned as there were still spots of dirt on kitchen on floor, and shower stall looks like it got only a fast swipe.

the first time we paid for a maid service it was so bad my wife came home and cried. After that i joined Angies list to keep this from happening. This whole house deep clean was above an beyond my expectations, and has really pleased my wife and I. Jessica and Stephanie did the work, and i could be more leased. i highly suggest working with this team.

The young man was on time and very professional. We did a walk through, then he got right to work and steam cleaned all of the carpet in the house, including the stairs. The results were terrific, and I will certainly use them again!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. The gentleman came out and did a good job. He was on time and efficient. He did what I asked him to do and there were no problems. I didn't spend any additional.

He did extra work for us here which turned out very well and we were real pleased with the results. The price was very good. The work was timely since we had company coming in. He was able to get here immediately and it worked out well. He came out the day after I purchased the deal. It was amazingly quick and I was surprised. His price was very good.

I called with only a few days notice (probably 4 days) and asked if they could provide a cleaning for a two bedroom apartment. I didn't need the carpets cleaned. I asked that they clean the stoves, kitchen, bathrooms, vacuum the carpets and cabinets and polish the counters. The apartment was totally empty. They did a great job and I feel the price was worth it. The apartment looked great when they got done with it. They were able to come earlier than planned and called to see if it was okay. So everything worked out beautifully. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend this service.

Carpets look great, he was in and out of the house in under two hours. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use again, in fact, I am reaching out to get a quote to have 2 area rugs cleaned.

LOVED THE GIRLS ON MY TEAM! Jessica and Shavenah were very professional, punctual, good natured and friendly. My baseboards are sparkling, and I almost cried when I saw how clean they got my daughter's bathroom. Stovetop is sparkling, floors are shiny. They did a fantastic job. Well, I gave myself two weeks to calm down before writing a review, thats how upset I was. I planned to put up my house for sale the first week of April. I called in early February to get a whole house deep cleaning scheduled because I wanted to make sure everything worked out perfect for that week- lots of stuff and LOTS of stress. I spoke with Tim and thought great I am speaking with the guy in charge and I will have no worries. We scheduled a Monday and took all of my information. He said they would call the Friday before they came. I go along my merry way thinking I am scheduled. I had read a few review where people had issues scheduling, but I thought, I am way early, AND I talked to the main guy, so I am fine. Big mistake! The Saturday before they are supposed to be here, I realize no one called to confirm. I called a left a message. She did call back and I spoke with a nice girl, who said she would call back when she figured it out. An hour later, I gave up and I called her back. She said had called Tim and left him a message and was waiting for him to call her back. The next day, I called them back again. Yes, I know it's Sunday, but I need answers because now I am in panic mode. My husband was going to stay home from work, a realtor was coming, lots hinged on this! Nothing. I called again. Nothing. I go to work Monday. I teach so I don't have the phone on at 9:30 when they finally call me back. Later in the day, I did get to talk to the girl again and she was apologetic, but really, it was too late by then. And writing this review, I am upset all over again. You should be able to depend on a company showing up! I would not ever use them because you can't trust them.

I usually clean my own house, so in the past, whenever I've had a professional company come out, I am usually the type to rave. Yay! A clean house! That I didn't have to clean myself! So on and so on... But this service was just okay. I got the deal for two hours of cleaning and left to run some errands. I came back a bit before two hours were up (so that I could give the ladies their tip) and they weren't there anymore. On the one hand, I felt bad that I hadn't given them their tip...but on the other, well, they did leave early. Maybe the fact that I didn't just leave the tip when I left originally is what made them not feel very motivated. I don't know at what point they left - the house had been "cleaned," but it wasn't stellar. For example, the smudges on light switches were still there, there were some biggish dust bunnies hanging out in the middle of the hallway (probably fell off their cleaning tools), there were still random bits on the counters, next to swipe marks like they had done a relatively half-hearted wipe down of them, etc. It wasn't that they hadn't cleaned...it was just that they weren't detail oriented and I wasn't impressed. I might have graded them even a bit more harshly if I hadn't used a deal coupon for the cleaning - full price and I would have been pretty put out. Maybe the fact I used a coupon made them not very motivated, or they were just having a bad day. At any rate, I'll try another service next time.

He called twice to confirm appointment, showed up exactly on time and did a very thorough job. It is new construction so he didn't have to clean grout but did seal it. He was very courteous and cleaned up well after his work. We were very satisfied and would use him again.

He showed up right on time at 9:00am, and was very professional and courteous. He pulled his van/truck right up to the front door & was finished in less than an hour. He told me to stay off the carpet for a few hours, but it didn't smell bad and it didn't feel wet when I touched it. The carpet looked and felt clean afterwards which was my goal since we were just moving in.

The crew was punctual, friendly and courteous and did seem to work pretty hard overall, though the actual quality of the cleaning in some areas was poor. In particular, in some areas surfaces were dusted without removing ornaments or other objects first, leaving a ring of dust around them. Many ornaments, pictures, vases, towel rails etc were still covered in dust after they had leftso I ended up cleaning them myself. I also found some damage to the footboardon our bed ? it looks like it has been knocked by a vacuum cleaner or something similar, which has dented the wood and chipped the lacquer finish. The deal was very good value and the house does look and smell clean but I really expected more attention to detail and would have been prepared to pay more for the service I had taken time to outline for them.

Tim who I talked to first on Thursday 3/27/14 checked the schedule and was able to arrange the cleaning the next day. This was convenient for me as I was not working that day. He did not have to get it scheduled that day as I thought a one day notice was too little time when I called. I was pleasantly surprised they could do it the next day. Although he squeezed it in for an afternoon time at 2 PM, the MCM's office staff called the next morning and said --if I wanted they could do the cleaning at 9 AM instead of 2 PM - my choice. I took the morning time. Happy again! The cleaning staff arrived on time and were very pleasant as well as doing a great job. I was very happy with the service. I have used this company earlier in November 2013 to clean my in-laws new condominium when they moved into it. One of the staff members that cleaned the condo was on this job and she remembered the earlier job after I mentioned it, as I thought I recognized her. I used an Angie's List Coupon for 15% off, so the price is discounted by that percentage. It was graciously accepted and I appreciated it.

Tim called me that morning to see if I still wanted the service, since the weather was bad and school had been canceled. Since I was having company the next day, I said yes. 2 wonderful ladies came to the door right on time, I showed them the house, and they immediately got to work. They cleaned the whole house. One of the ladies was more experienced than the other. She was responsible for the kitchen and bathrooms, and those areas in my house had never been cleaner than when she was done with them. The less experienced lady was responsible for dusting. She was not feeling well that day and missed several areas. She could definitely have used more supervision. They asked me to walk through the house afterwards to see if they had missed anything, and I pointed out most of the missed areas and they were happy to correct this. They stayed at my house over 5 hours and worked very hard. I was impressed. I would hire them again.

All went well. Punctual, good service, good cleaning.

Very thorough deep cleaning. Good attention to details. Brought own supplies and vacuum. Did particularly good job on edges of kitchen floor and bath accessories like soap dish. Cleaned base boards and woodwork. Prompt, professional, courteous. Would use them again.
