It was good, they were easy to deal with and schedule. They performed the task as required.

Scrubbed the mildew off the tiles in one of the showers (really grateful for that), got rid of the dust that was all over, got all the baseboards, the oven, stove top and microwave were spotless. There were four women on my team -- Tammy, Audrey, Jessica R. and J.C. -- and they were all four terrific.

Great -- not a lot of details, but they even cleaned the oven!

Didn't go well. It was not a deep cleaning as advertised and they broke several dishes and a glass shade on my ceiling fan. I was not impressed with the cleaning and it certainly wasn't deep.

The appointment was very easy to schedule and the service was performed promptly and professionally. I will definitely use this company again for carpet cleaning.

The technician was very nice and very professional. I do not think that the low performance of this product/service has anything to do with him. He cleaned the carpet but it still smells like dog "accident". In Fact, it smells stronger because it's wet. The "deodorizer" only lasted for a few hours. Now the room smell strongly of dog pee, worse than before.

They were on time, friendly, and very thorough. I saw evidence of the their deep cleaning throughout the house.

This is the second time I have used Music City. It has been amazing both times, the team showed up on time, were friendly and did an amazing job! They are considerate and professional. Friendly to my dog as well, I highly recommend them!

There really isn't much to say about this work. It was rather routine. There was nothing that stood out as exceptional and nothing that was lacking. It was a decent service at a decent price.

The team did a very nice job. When we arrived home the floors looked great, dusting was well done, bathrooms shined...they even accommodated my request to wipe the walls in a few areas where our large dog had laid in mud outside and then managed to swish his tail against the wall creating a not so lovely splatter of dirt. The office was very responsive and, knowing we had company coming in for the weekend, figured out a way to work us into their already busy schedule. We appreciate the hard work!!

The extraction left something to be desired. Not sure if it was due to the carpet being old, but the man who came out was very nice and professional. Due to how the carpet looked afterward I probably would not use them again.

We found a lot of dust on the blinds and windows after they had been "cleaned." It was obvious that the people cleaning were not as thorough as they could have been. Overall, it was better to have them come than have nothing done at all, but I wouldn't use them going forward for any standard cleaning services.

I was very satisfied with the service. Lisa and Lindsey were very friendly and worked hard the entire 2 1/2 hours that they were at my house. They cleaned and dusted the base-boards, ceilings, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, the works. They were very detailed and efficient.

The ladies were wonderful, but I was not impressed by the overall job. The light fixtures weren't hit (in particular a ceiling fan that was pretty dusty) and the baseboards looked like they were only lightly dusted. I may have misunderstood the nature of the job that I had paid for, but it was not deep cleaning to my standards. On the other hand, the ladies were friendly and the customer service was excellent.

Music City Carpet Cleaning went out of their way to accommodate my schedule to get the job done. We just purchased a house and wanted the cleaning done before we moved all of the furniture in. We had a narrow window between the closing and the move in date. The kind gentleman who cleaned our carpets agreed to come in an evening. He was prompt and professional. We were very impressed and will use this service again.

Great job and the person that did the job was very nice and on time which was a plus in my eyes. I would use this provider again and would suggest the same to friends.

When purchasing the deal, I entered dates and times I wanted the service completed. Music city Maid Service called the next day and worked around my schedule. I was able to get my carpets cleaned within 4 days! The called when he was on his way, was very friendly and gave me some tips on some really bad carpets in the house.

Great punctuality, called to say they were 10 mins ahead of schedule. Greatly appreciated. Both employees were very professional. Reviewed what needed to be cleaned including trouble spots (we have two dogs). Got to work right away and did a good job cleaning up stains. Two stains didnt quite come clean but couldnt really tell until the carpet dried otherwise I'm sure they would have gone over again.

Great. The guy was courteous, helpful, and did the job. Worked hard to get a stain out, and left things as they were. I appreciated his politeness.

They were easy to reach and there were no troubles with scheduling. They were punctual to the appointment. They were efficient and did a good job. Everything turned out well.

I am very particular, and they did a good enough job to warrant me signing up for a monthly cleaning. They now clean my entire 3,700 square foot house, 3 bed / 3.5 bath, for a very reasonable rate and take about 1.5 hours (2 people). My only issue has been with scheduling - we did have a couple of issues early on with getting the dates right, but they are very responsive and that was quickly resolved. The girls that visit are usually the same ones and are very friendly when I happen to be home. Usually I am not home and they let themselves in with a code through the garage. This has made everything very easy and I love coming home to a clean house!

The service went fine. They were able to do the work on the date that I needed. They were prompt and courteous. They were in and out in a short period of time.

He showed up early and was very personable. Although I wasn't quite ready for him as he was early, he helped move some furniture and started working right away.
